At first I was like "Ok, yeah. Another idle battler...", then I found myself jamming out to the menu music while playing another game, so I decided to send a few matches, and it's got charm and is a bit addicting.

I suggest allowing the naming of Dwarves, as that would make it easier to track, and mean more when they fail/succeed.

Click-dragging would be nice in the pre-battle screen.

Awesome game!

Hey Mike! I haven't checked into building on those platforms, but I will update this thread if I can get a version built for them! Thank you for the interest!

Thank you for trying it out! We hope to have an update soon that is actually stable and with content.

Thank you for trying the game out! Yeah, one of the technical issues that eventually led to us running out of time was figuring out why Bruce (the shark) wasn't obeying his collisions. Something I hope to fix one day!

Thank you for trying it and for the inspiring feedback!

Really solid gameplay and theme implementation.

Solid implementation of the theme, was fun to play. I was able to walk on the black space below the goal in the final level.

Thanks for trying it!

I agree the pacing felt a bit off, that definitely has to do with how I handled the tile drops. Thank you for the solid feedback!

Solid 2d platformer with a severe lack of... potassium :D

Solid game, wish there were more levels. Would recommend the camera move with holding right-click instead of wasd. Switching from the number bar to wasd was kinda jarring, especially when I needed to move the camera to follow the ball.

Definitely an interesting entry :D Glad our internet interests allign!

Underrated game; it looks great, is easy to pick up, and was fun!

Super fun, reminded me of the good ol days. When I rolled leaping dudes, things got out of control fast xD

Woah, so this is what my dogs have to deal with when it's time to go out. :D Solid implementation of the theme, and funny theme. This game was hard!

(1 edit)

I definitely agree. I left a bunch of unused assets in the game by mistake and didn't really pay attention to the size. First game jam, I thought there'd be more larger-file games :D Update will be much smaller and fix some issues I found post-submission.
EDIT: Yup, was able to trim it down to 131MB. Sorry for taking up a gig!

I look forward to the update! :D

Wow, I might try to 0-death run this game someday. It was a blast. I am totally going to brag into a microphone now :)

Solid implementation of the theme. Gameplay was fun, I failed a lot though. Could use a keyboard-input to start playing again after gameover.

Dude that screenshake when taking off made me feel the power of the launch. Not gonna lie, when controls failed the first time I was shouting at my PC :) Nice one!

Solid execution of the theme and fun as well

The art direction is solid, and the implementation of the theme is well done. I will say I was only "caught" at the beginning, then the rest was picking off individual huts.

Nice aesthetics and BGM. I liked how it you incorporated the theme "Out of control"

Good looking game, felt a bit clunky and the weapons were kinda hard to use.

Criminally underrated. This was a solid game.

Very interesting aesthetic. I feel like there is just a bit too little direction though.

Wooof that last level took me a bit xD That was well made and entertaining!

I watched the stream! This game is my favorite of this jam!

I really like the art direction on this one.
