The art, sound effects and music are all great in this game! I loved playing it and it was a lot of fun. Just something I found a bit weird was that sometimes the turrets shot into the wall and the bullet would die before it got out, but otherwise no problems! Just one last personal thing here, I would have made the first couple levels a bit easier to ease the player into the mechanic. Overall great game, one of the best I've played so far!

Everything in the game was very readable, the minimulism really helped show what was a danger and what wasn't.  Great work!

Super smooth jumping mechanics, really loved how responsive it was :)

This game feels really good to play! I did run into a bug where the jumping stopped after I collected the last black circle before the first door (I didn't collect them from left to right, so the last one I collected was the bottom left most orb), so I had to take an intentional death. Very polished and fun game though!

Challenging yet fun. Good Job!

Awesome execution of a simple idea! Loved the visual and sound design. Difficutly doesn't feel cheap, which is rear in a game jam platformer :)

PS: I will be tweeting about this game, and some other games I will play from the jam: https://twitter.com/TheAntonSem/status/1283445261952589830

Really cool mechanic! The movement is very satisfying and not frustrating, unlike many other games that auto-jump, and the style is also pretty cool!

A fun little game to play. Found that after I died I would often die again from walking off the platform because I was moving when I died. Other than that simple fix it's a solid little experience that would be good to have more levels.

It can get very tough avoiding the cannon balls in the last part of the game but is beatable. It also took me a while to realize that I can jump over the fence looking thing. I think it blended so well with the walls.

Nice game!

Timing is the key! Nice game :D

A  very interesting game. I loved the well-used monochrome. I also really liked the music. Simple and very challenging game! I would only change one thing: When the "jumping boiled egg" dies, the movement would not remain the same. I fell several times for dying during the jump and appearing at the check point doing the same movement and falling back into the hole.

Congratulations!

Great level design! Nice and polished

Really liked the concept and your approach on it! The one thing I think would have made it even better is some "game juice". Nice job!

Super satisfying tight controls! It's actually a pretty similar mechanic to mine, but not exactly the same. Love the art style and the levels are challenging but not overly difficult. The only issue I could say is that I could see how this might be a little too steep of a difficulty curve for someone not as familiar with platformers, but for my tastes this is a fantastic entry!

Check mine out and leave a rating, if you have the time :)

Thanks for the feedback, I personally felt like I may have made the third section a bit too brutal, but it's good to hear that folks aren't having too much issue with it.  I'll definitely check out your entry later today, it looks pretty interesting.

Yeah, most of my favorite games are hardcore platformers so it's kinda hard for me to judge what would be too difficult for the general public lol. And thanks, hope you enjoy :)

Took me a couple deaths to get the timing right, but after that I got hooked! Good job!

Wow, I might try to 0-death run this game someday. It was a blast. I am totally going to brag into a microphone now :)

Make sure to turn it wayyy up so the world can hear you!   lol thanks for giving it a shot, definitely let me know if you ever do that zero death run, I haven't even managed to do it myself yet!

pretty good! I'd say the difficulty was a little spicy from the outset, but I think this is a mechanic that would work great in a full game, and I'd absolutely play it, nice work.

Nice execution of a simple idea! If you were to develop this further I'd make it so you can jump on platforms from underneath (like in Mario and other platformers) just to make it easier. I also liked how it's just one long level you unlock parts of. Nicely done!

This is a god tier jam game so-to-say. Didn't think that special mechanic could be so much fun
