It took a while to get the mobile experience just right. Glad you enjoyed it!

Glad you enjoyed it!

Glad you had a good time with it! We have been thinking about possibly pursuing this idea further in the future. Thanks for playing!

Thanks for the replay. We were considering adding an ending screen, but at that point only had an hour until the submission at 4 in the morning. Who knows, this may even become a full release in the future...

An enjoyable challenge. Great concept!

I liked the use of different sounds when the gun fires. Also, great tone shift with the music when the player reaches space. Do wish there was volume control (a tad loud for me), but this was made in a jam and I can see why you wouldn't have time to implement it. Great game!

Progression does take a while in this game, and part of the reason was because of limited play testing. We also made the room smaller towards the end of the jam, which probably made level 6 a bit more difficult to complete.  Thanks for the feedback and taking your time to play!

Thanks for your input on the controls. We realized that the controls were a bit off right before we submitted, so hopefully future Godot trials will have a bit more testing done on controls. Thanks for playing!

This was the first time my teammate and I used Godot, and as such our experience using physics bodies was limited (which probably led to the tools having a 'floaty' effect). Glad you took the time to play it!

Bring out your inner Viking!

The game engine we used (Godot) did make the directions of the tools a bit wonky. We tried our best with it, but a good chunk also comes down to how Godot handles 2D rays. Glad you liked it!

My teammate and I agreed to use Godot as it was my first jam, and it was a pretty good experience. There were a couple minor things that need tweaking internally (like continuous collision, which most likely explains the bug you had), but I'm excited for the future of the engine. Glad you enjoyed the game!

One of the reasons we added a 'Restart' button was because of the tool pickup issue, as it wasn't consistent for whatever reason. As for pushing wood, I believe the level also included a leaf blower, which should be a bit easier to push the logs with (although not too much faster) . Thanks for playing!

It's basically hockey simulator at this point lol. Glad you liked it!

The visuals on this game are great. The music is also pleasant to listen to. Great stuff!

Very fun platformer. Mechanics were great, and the sound was just right! Great game!

Yeah, Godot's physics engine was a bit off this jam, which is why the tools don't point directly with the mouse cursor. Glad you liked it!

The pixel art here is phenomenal. Gameplay is a bit repetitive, but given the timeframe I can understand why. I also liked that you showed the controls in the same style. Good stuff!

The palette used looks really good. I would note that the powerup selection sound is a bit loud for me. Great Stuff!

Great art style. I don't know if this was intentional, but I was able to complete the first level without rotating, and the door wouldn't open unless I rotated it back to normal. Also, the character is able to clip the platforms if you jump to the left/right of a platform, and hug the side. Other than that, great stuff!

For some reason, movement with two keys pressed (ex. A & W), would cause the player to move a bit slower. Although it only happened once or twice.

Great artwork and music, especially with the design of the game page. Others have said that movement is too slippery, to which I would agree. But I would also note that moving diagonally is also a bit "rigid" (don't know how else to describe it). Great stuff!

Pretty chill game. Although that death sound definitely sounds familiar... :)

The idea is very interesting. Although, I will say that diagonal movement is a little hard to achieve. Other than that, great work!

The CRT monitor vibe was on point for this. The trap sound was a little loud, but other than that great gameplay. May I ask how you made the CRT effect?

I really liked the music in this one. One thing to point out is that I didn't know whether to walk in front or to the side of a student, as one way would work for one, but the other would not. Other than that, great game!
