yeah, i noticed on the web gl version. Try the download version. You suppose to use dash to get to the other side by pressing ctrl. Im currently remaking the game.

thx for the feedback, i worked on the player/enemy physics and mass majority of the art. Found this helpful. I also kinda designed level 2 and 3, some team decision made i dont like. i will improve on that. And yeah, i totally agree it wasnt as good as the original heart clash. We were short on time and a lot of fun mechanics were missing from the first heart clash. I will continue improving the game but on the first uploaded heart clash and some of the members are moving on to different things. I work better in smaller groups so thats good. See me again in upcoming yuri jam 2 and better improve heart clash!
Thanks for the review. Yeah i didnt like the shooting much neither. We are working on the player controller behind the scene and made a lot changes which includes better control jump, a new shooting mechanic, fixed some of the annoying glitchy ladder climbing and wall jumping. Also adding in some new mechanics like charge shot and dash. Adding more features and updated in the next 3 months.
About ladder jump, i kinda like it. It was introduced in mighty gunvolt burst. Faster way to climb up ladders or dodge.
Oh we missed that one: if you have watched zombieland saga: umi is a zombie. For the movement, I think you might mean the jump. You don't have precise control where the player is going to land. Applied a little air force whenever you jump forward. Also if you are hugging a wall and you jump, the jump height may seem less than normal. And thanks, I agree the game was kinda difficult but my team didn't think so lol. There was no tutorial on items, but whenever u picked up an item, theres a notification. We didnt have much time to implement all our goals, but we will someday. Busy working on one of our older project: Heart clash part 2. Thanks
