By the way, there's a setting to turn off the jumpscares!

There are definitely some strategies for when to charge :) not gonna spoil. I agree there should be some sorta highlight on the outlet or something.

The Lamia never permanently goes away. You can however move the child away from the Lamia, so it has to got up another leg of the crib

Pretty cool. Definitely missed that there were sliders on the part selectors, but character creation was neat. Game lacked some difficulty/complexity, but definitely could be something cool if refined a bit further

Thanks so much. We appreciate the feedback. I'll see what I can do to add the controls to the description. Glad you enjoyed it :)

Pretty neat. I got up to 1500 pts, but that was by drawing circles around all of them over and over :)

Really fun arcade-y feel but I cant seem to find the wave count indicator? How are we supposed to compare scores

It looks very good, effects on the actions were nice, but I didn't really feel like the theme was well incorporated into the gameplay. Also, there is a bug that if you are moving when you give last bit of blood, you keep moving and do not see any animation. Also, the hitboxes at the houses could be a little larger because standing right up against the door doesnt let you 'trickortreat'

Thanks, nice!

Thanks so much!

This game concept definitely has promise, but it's in need of some work. Definitely was confused as to how it worked on the first two run-throughs. Maybe incorporate some sort of text on the floor to explain what's going to happen or something like that. Still, great effort!

Yeah, first time making a game, exporting a game, etc. thanks for the no debug tip though. Hadn't heard that one yet.

Good Game! I did think it was a little bit weird how the ghost thing looked when it went through the walls. It looked good mostly though, so good job!

Absolutely Amazing Game! Love the concept!

Really great game! Only missing point was I dont know if the music perfectly fit the game. It wasnt bad but I didnt want to give a perfect score and I DEFINITELY couldnt take from any of the other categories. One thing to note is that the pillow throwing wasnt easily controllable. I dont know if that was by design but, yeah...

This game was great! The platforming was good. I found one hidden room. I couldn't hear the music really if there was any, but the game looked and felt really good!

You need to have uploaded the .pck file in addition to the .exe

If you ask nicely, Joshua (8bti) might help you out.

Well, I read that it was not finished... Definitely not finished...

You mentioned bugs and enemies, but I would also ask that you explain how it is to be played. I figured out you can click to go into the room things, but it was an accidental figuring out *shrug*

Good start but definitely needs a ton of improvement.

Unfortunately, I did not enjoy this game much. The graphics were bland, the music was non-existent and the platforming was a little boring...

HOWEVER, I think this idea could be reworked into something better. My suggestion would be: make a top down game with obstacles on a grid with obviously different ways to get from the start square to the end square. Your movement restrictions could be of a similar idea except you wouldn't have to make it a platformer (personally I think platformer is the wrong format for this premise).

The road laying was very finicky. Otherwise, it was a good concept, but maybe make it so the car isnt running over the children ;)

So, I liked the premise and the mechanics with the splitting dude and the platforming, but there was definitely some improvement needed for a couple of things.

First: The camera movement was really rather finicky and hard to maneuver sometimes.

Second: The collectable noise was good (if a little loud) but there wasn't much else

Third: I didnt notice the little hints at the bottom until a minute or two in. Maybe a better guide format would be better

The game is good. One thing I will say however, the sounds of the wheel and the vacuum could have been much quieter. Also, I feel like its sort of like a clicker game in that its all about scaling up, but you never really evolve or need to develop new skills. The theme is well incorporated.

It looks good. The theme is very well incorporated. I also really like how the chalkboards are the tutorial things. The music is a little lacking, but strangely, I feel like it sort of fits. Improvements-wise, I would show room connections in mini-map. Otherwise, it's pretty great!

"and we're back?"

I have no ratings yet... :(

Help appreciated

This seems to require an install of something (Unity3 dll or something). You should probably let people know that in the description

FYI: This game is a puzzle platformer.

I know this is super late, but I could use a hand with some cleaner/better looking graphics and some better level design. Im working in Godot. Let me know ASAP if you are interested in helping me out. Thanks in advance.
