Hi all! Please take a few minutes to read the following info before the jam.

🐸🐸  Please join the DISCORD SERVER for all up to date information: https://discord.gg/VSbjAKww

🐸🐸 The site capacity is limited to 85 people. And over 120 people already joined the jam on itch.io (Amazing!!!) What does it mean?  At the game jam reception, we will have a chronological table with all of you that joined the jam. If you are among those 85 people, we guarantee that you will be able to physically attend the site. For example, if you are number 86, it is very probable, that someone from those 85 will not show up at all, so we will be able to get you in. However, if you are a number 115, it is very unlikely that you will be able to physically attend the site. Thank you for understanding.

Generally anyone who signed up around the 25th February will fit. If you are unsure, please join the discord channel and DM me (pschdl) with your itch name.

🐸🐸Join ONLINE if you signed up late

Everyone is welcome to join the jam online. The discord will house all important information, so you can also join the community from your homes. We are very happy to see so many people signed up this spring and it would be a shame to not have you participating because of space limitations

🐸🐸 Refreshments

We will provide you with basic kitchen appliances and some basic refreshments and fruit, but we will not be able to offer anything close to a full catering experience.

🐸🐸  When to arrive?

The opening speech by the organizers will start at 18:00. We recommend arriving at least 30 minutes earlier, so you have enough time to find the room, register, etc. If you’d like to help us set up the space, feel free to come anytime after 14:00. For those online, the jam theme will be announced at 19:00.

🐸🐸 Helping Us Set Up the Site

The jam relies on volunteer help. If you would like to help us set up the site, we would be really grateful. The more volunteers, the less work for everybody. We will start setting things up at 14:00, so feel free to join us anytime after that at our location. There is also a dedicated channel for volunteers now, where we may post requests for help or organize.

thanks! Here’s a new one: https://discord.gg/VSbjAKww

ooooh right, thanks! I read that at the start and then completely forgot about it :D

This twist on a pawnshop is was very creepy and I enjoyed it a lot. I was not sure what the right choices were in the end, but I did not mind much. I appreciate a mixed media approach, especially with assets made directly from the jam site :D The art is beautiful!

My sichta never ended and I was perpetually stressed out on maximum :D I like the stress meter placements a lot. Are there correct and wrong solutions to which people I should let in or are they just there to annoy me? :D it was hard to figure out sometimes, but funny nonetheless!

Intriguing plot! I require the piano to be playable in the next version of the game at gds! :)

this game is too evil for me :D

The visuals are eye-catching.  The first unicorn I saw spawned on top of a tree and then a whole swarm of animals tried to protect it from me. AS THEY SHOULD.

I tried to play with my friends but we could not figure out who was who :) I am excited about the idea tho! I think it has tiny switch couch/lotsa-people-smashing-one-keyboard co op potential, if you help the players figure out who is who. Art is lovelyyyyyyyy

I appreciate the narrative approach a lot! However was quite confused by the UI, didn't know which buttons and selections did what or who said what. Cool anyway!

yes. more levels pls! reminds me of my beloved game circa infinity but has its own style and gameplay quirks. The theme interpretation is creative and the creature is cute af. Great job!!

I don't know how I got here, got invited by a dachshund. I love that every person there dares not to disrespect the janitor.

aaaw why are the aliens all newt-like hahaha. The art is very cute, I barely managed to make it home, it was difficult, but thankfully the aliens do not seem to have too much peripheral vision :D love the leaf-is-definitely-claw thing.

the visuals are beautiful and the soundtrack very calming! Not sure what some of the items did, but it was cute af. Pls add ending! I want to find the ship and save the sea  with the power of fish and coral or something!

made me laugh :) I enjoy games where you have to keep track of multiple things -that was fun. It's cute, but really difficult. The detection of the rover light is merciless :D If you ever come back to this, I think implementing a red zone, where it is still possible for me to save myself from being seen, and it;s like very hectic and aaaaaaa, might be more fun than instant death. Other than that, cool concept!

aw I liked playing a hen detective :) I found the distinguishing categories pretty funny. What can hens do? Eat sleep walk make bebe and have lots of expressions :D  Though I would have preferred a hen jail instead of shooting, I had fun, especially in the easy mode. Could barely make the medium one, it becomes pretty hard with the rising numbers. Nice idea!

oooh how I hateloved the enemies which waited for a few seconds on one end of their patrol route but did not on the other one :D I love the art style, especially the main character is relatable for me personally. The doomslayer vs pacifist choice has potential to create much different gameplay styles and that's cool. I think it would have been fine to make the checkpoints actual checkpoints, you know to BE NICE to some of us reckless peoples :) . You could add it as second personality test option where you ask if you are hardcore enough to play without checkpoints, so your original difficulty design is still preserved. Great job overall!

also struggled with the controls (would have preferred mouse to aim or anything other than the same mapping as the movement controls :D I flung myself right back down too many times), but made it to my fren baba pod kořenem, which I consider an achievement! the cultural value of this game needs to be protected! The art is c u t e and the pinball quality of the braníked up Czech is on point.

sometimes I also do not wish to be perceived, but sometimes I also wanna scream argue in a pub late at night. I like the concept, I think if you want to make the content of the opinions abstract, using pictograms or shapes or colors might work better, it is also quicker to read and react.

In the first level I got out of bounds and then skipped all the way to the elevator and then was very surprised at the difficulty in the next levels cause I did not learn a thing :D I like the floos and colors, reminds me of art sqool but in a bad timeline. The full OST is impressive, the titles have

pecka phone strom hra. Trauma bylo <3

Great!!! omg there were so many of them it was hard to believe you did all of them by hand :ooo

I reeeally like the letter architecture. I had trouble figuring out anyhints as to which item is the tail. The randomization of the object placement made it harder :D but it was appreciated

The hand movements are really satisfying and it's fun to fire people :) I am not sure what it says about me as a boss that I fire people when they get angry at the workplace environment hahaha.  All the details did take some figuring out, my brain could do with a little less overwhelm of details haha. The characters look great and the animation is TOP

!!! Igot to throw sheep. I enjoyed the puzzles, except the mouse dragging one, it was too punishing for my shaky hands :) The red is a good indicator of where not to go, but deleting the pathway before that destroyed me at the big key puzzle :D I got sheep though, its ok

Nice level design! I like that you have to  change characters with diffferent powers :) and it flows well within the level too. The character designs are great and I especially loved the comics between the level one and two!!!! (didnt make it past the second one haha)

i like the pink pudding on the bottom ! Didnt expect it to rise, nice solution to raising difficulty, but it was a bit quick towards the end, such is LIFE

having to bring the candle with me to be able to see everything on the table was an intriguing idea!

looks like a wes anderson movie ;) Well done on all fronts! The rules were really funny and I like the their neighbour ate their dog misleadings ! Also how dare you, pineaple on pizza is delicious. Far qorse things out there. I say we should all hate on tuna on pizza.

the UI and menu transitions <3

the audio work on that vacuum is amazing!!!! This one really fits the devil in the detail theme :)

the devil is so cuuuuuute! I wish I had a crosshair at the cursor pointer, it would help to know where I am aiming. Are the levels generated at random? Because thats cool.

omg lol, the deeper you go haha. I did start with "slay" and wondered whats negative about it :) I am officially genZd!

The controls are so satisfying and flowy. The walls look really cool. I like the splashing effects and how they change with distance (obviously! But neat nonetheless). Suffered with a touchpad cause I lost my mouse, it was worth it.
