Yeah, I mean the sound effects that mimic the characters speaking with a simple waveform

This was very touching, I got a little teary-eyed...
Really nice storytelling, the atmosphere you evoke here is really something - the visual design is very simple but is very well polished, the text bubble style and the wind flying past the ship feel really distinct and important to the atmosphere of the game, great job.
Cool idea, I agree with another commenter that the diegetic lights to indicate the status of the ship is a really nice touch. I also like how the humans are physics objects behind the scenes (and can hit things and rotate), it makes them feel more impactful than a simple Node2D and sprite. Nice job!
This is a super interesting concept and I really like the information-gathering strategic elements, I feel like complex turn-based games are relatively rare in game jam environments. I do think the map felt a little large, as even after exploring very long stretches of emptiness, there was no sign of an exit. Really cool game!
It was a little difficult for me to figure out the rules of the game at first even with the help of the tutorial, but I stuck to it and figured it all out eventually. I LOVE the limited palette aesthetic of this game and it all looks so clean and well put together, very nicely done. The minimalist sound and music design also really fit, and the dystopian 'debt payment' deep future theme is so cool. Really fantastic job!
