thanks for playing! Im not sure what version you have played as i messed up like 2 or 3 patches by reuploading the same file :(. In the most recent version the ball in the first section does glow, but still its true that there are no other prompts when looking at it.

I only took sounds from pixabay (check out the credits for specifics), the rest was all made for this jam specifically with blender and Substance Painter/designer.

Thanks again, im glad you enjoyed more than just the visuals :D.

Thats super cool! :D

edit: just updated the game with some important fixes, i suggest downloading again if you have the game already :P

Slider doesnt move. Will wait for that patch.

Im having issues with the sound. In the options menu sound is set by default at 0 and if i try and change it my controls dont work anymore and im stuck unable to exit the menu.
So i cant play this at the moment because i cant enable the sound for it.

this one is pretty good, it has gameplay with just enough challenge it doesnt become frustrating.

Although its not intuitive and requires you to read the tutorial in the beginning or you cannot play the game which in a game is often very off-putting, and also the path finding would always get stuck on my characters which was a bit frustrating. Using the witch's attack was also a bit janky you had to spam click the zombies that had some inconsistent hitboxes and i would often end up clicking the floor instead which would throw me into them to be eaten.

So for gameplay i would simply remove friendly collision and make the attack automatic after the first click.

The theme was spot on, but if we talk about horror, there is none to be found.
Overall though it was enjoiable and definitely gets high rating on gameplay and theme

Yep its 0.2, and yes i placed two items and couldnt move them anymore except the father's one

i enjoied it, i unfortunately got softlocked at the dinner puzzle, but other than that pretty smooth

I'm getting a black screen at the very start with sounds in the backgrounds.

I pressed every button, but cant solve this issue.

pretty neat, the megaphone mechanic was creative, although i beat the game using only the breathing mechanic, so maybe the ammount of tools at your disposal were a little overkill.

It has checkpoints which is really good, not having to start from the intro every time you die is underrated.

the monster itself though i didnt find scary which is a shame, but overall i enjoyed it.

I realized how bad of an idea mixing platforming and horror would be midway through xD
thank you for trying it out!

thank you!
if youre interested, i updated the game to fix a bunch of things.
I also made the last jump a bit easier as it was pretty hard to understand what to do.

Really cool aesthetics, even the settings menu has some lore in it.

One of the best submission overall so far for me

i think the best addition you can make right now is adding checkpoints after you complete an objective

yeah sorry about that, i pushed a patch though, the death bug is probably still there, but i fixed some things like respawning in complete darkness, added more menu options, and improved the lighting.
I also made the end last part easier to complete.

A little rough around the edges, and that scream when you die became really funny because of how long it lasts.

I like the idea of a placeable lantern, and i did jump a few times to the monsters, although i didnt finish the game as it was pretty hard.

The atmosphere is there, but it was kinda hard to understand what to do. I dont think i finished the game, i picked up the paper in the top floor of the building, but couldnt really figure out what to do from there.

thank you for playing the game man!
there is actually no time limit, its just the fall damage system is bugged apparently, i will see if i can fix that in a patch.
