Quite enjoy the graphics, wish you had some music playing on the background as well to better smooth the gameplay, either way great job publishing it.

Thank you for the kind words!

The main objective was to actually make 3 different levels, but time wasn't very keen on us, and we decided to make two cave levels instead. There are some small bugs, but we tried our best to make it playable until the end and blind-accessible, if you care, please do try it blindly as well.

Thank you! Yeah regarding that, while we update the game, I advice to only press interact on the mushroom when you see the big text that said Pick up Mushroom below, or else that can happen so far. Either way, thanks for playing!

Thank youu for the kind words <3

Thank you for the kind and well though comment. Means a lot.  (Artist of the game speaking) Indeed, time was quite small for the ambition we had on this game , with that the blind accessibility was a lot more intense than we initially thought, but we are very happy we made the game possible.

Right now we are working to at least implement everything we did, there was a lot of stuff we didn't put because of time and fix the overall game. In the end, it was possible because of all the people that worked together.

From me, Regarding the difficulty, we planned on having 3 game modes, you can  see them in the options menu, where the difficulty is a lot harder, the game is a lot darker and the players ends up having the same type of gameplay as blind person. Which on itself is a lot of fun, of course regarding the dialogue and text speak they will also be refined.

Thanks again.

In last case, there is another route you can take to avoid going to the forest, but at this point , you better off checking a walkthrough.

Did you already catch a firefly to put inside the lantern with the Bug net that you get from giving a rune to the Rune Guy?

I think its automatic,  you dont need to equip then. if its dark there, then you still need to do stuff before you go there.

You need to put the coin in the machine that's inside, then after losing your coin, keep hitting the dialogue button and then eventually you will have that option to kick it and getting the rune.

I think there are other ways to get the eyes, you have one in the cauldron room in a jar and another in the lamp on the library. Try with those two.

Really Glad to hear that! The others are pretty much related to the endings, they are select every major choices for the Child, the same for the Adult. The Jaws one you need to fill the breathing bar to the max. Hope it helps!

Thank you so much for playing it! I really enjoy when I get to see people recording themselves playing! Love what you did with the intro, it's very cool!

Thanks for playing! Yeah, our team was lucky to have an amazing composer! The mouth thing is mostly a loading thing because our programmer created a lip sink program to fit with the text, so we have more movement.  Originally we wanted voice acting, but we didn't manage with the time. Either way, appreciate the time and the kind words!

As the one that made the art for the game, I really appreciate the words and the effort you put in this comment and of course playing it, it's okay you didn't finish! Actually, the game ending is right after that last mini-game. We felt that making the mini-game and avoiding the anime style art would be better to avoid repetition of the same style games that everyone does.

Either way, really appreciate you!

Appreciate the time to play the game, ahah, Thank you! We wish we had time to play test some more to avoid some small visual bugs ,etc., thankfully we manage to avoid any breaking game bug so that was a relief at least.

I am not sure which ending you ended up with, but I hope you can play it again ahaha since there are only 2 endings 😁

Thanks for playing like always!

THANK YOU!!!!

Thank you!

Thank you <3

Thank you <3

Ah yes! I can be one of them now ahah

Great story telling! What a nice way to become a snack ahah

Sure! Enjoy it.

Awesome and fun game! Its very polished indeed! Love all the small details!

Thanks for the kind words!

The movement is the same as tank movements from the old ps1 games, same as the camera fixed angles, the brightness we will refine it a bit more and decorate the map even more so  players dont get lost. For the enemy since its 2D , and there really wasnt time to make other sides it ended up like that

Thanks for playing! Yeah its not for everyone the tank movements, and about the Balloon Eye yeah he ended up a bit harder than we wanted, we will fix it in the pos jam version!

Thanks for the honest review and playing!

Thanks! We will refine it even more after the jam!

Yeah we didnt had time to implement everything, there was a lot of music we didnt had time to add even tho we made it. We are aware of most of the things you said, and we will fix it in the pos jam!

Thanks for playing! Yeah the controls are similar to tank moviment from old games, so it gets a bit to get used to it. they are easier with a controller.

No, because of time we didnt had much time to refine the creature, so they ended up quite harder than we wanted

Thanks a lot of this comment and for playing, mean a lot !

Really fun game! nice job with the playdate style!

Thank you for playing our game! <3

Yeah with a huge level like this for a small jam, we struggled a bit with the level design and assets, because we couldnt put everything in time, we will for sure fix those in a a pos jam version Thanks for playing!

you gonna make me cry <3

Thanks for playing! Indeed a lot of the assets we didnt manage to actually put in the game due to time, which would have helped a lot with orientation.

Thanks for playing! Maybe I should have given the player some direction, but ultimately we wanted to have the player explore the map on his own.

Thank you for playing!
