It ended up being a problem with my Oculus. It got messed up and I had to do a full setup again.

Do you have your camera rig set to floor height? I tried playing again and no matter what I do I cannot reach the floor.

The teleporting not working, I think is my left hand thumbstick is drifting, so the teleportation functionality is not working solid.

If I go to room 3 and connect and unconnect a bunch of items, also select and deselect by selecting the object again. Eventually 15-20 seconds the connector stops working. I recorded a video after it broke. https://we.tl/t-OyHynikLwt

If your using Unity turn the stats widget on as you walk around. Check different angles to make sure its not going to too high of verts and batches. If it is think about changing your layout so less verts are on the screen.


Also the aim was very off for the wand. I would think it would aim like a gun but was aiming a lot higher.

The other build fixed the height issue but I had a performance issue after that. The game has tons of potential and I love the style.

Oh that makes sense. I must not have done enough of it. Really cool game, very impressive.

Thanks ill have to try that. I couldn't get vr tunnel pro to render in the windows build but would work in the editor.

no my input works otherwise. I tried restarting your game a few times and around the 3d to 4th room things stop working for me. Its like its having trouble getting input from my controllers. I play someone else's game after and it worked just fine.

Really great mechanic however my connector stopped connecting a few rooms in and my teleport randomly stops working. I'm running an Oculus cv1.

Seems really interesting and fun but I can't grab anything. The arm extension works but just can grab. I'm using an Oculus cv1.

This kept my attention super long. I couldn't figure it out. Oh well, It's interesting and fun. I really like the color tool, it was a good idea. I won't post question and spoil for others.

If you don't mind me asking what did you use for your vignette? I tried to use vr tunneling pro and it worked in the unity editor but once I did my windows build the vignette wasen't there.

You need to post a picture I almost didn't download because there's no picture. It looks so awesome and I want to play but when I spawn my heads on the floor. Well technically in the floor. I'm using an oculus cv1....Oh I see you posted a new build in the comments. I'll give that a shot...

Your mapping is beautiful, your environment is fantastic! For some reason I was getting a bit motion sic and I don't have problems with motion sickness anymore in games, so..not sure why. Anyway I got to the part with the neural head band but I couldn't put it on my head. Also, sound was missing. I thought maybe you didn't have time to add but someone else mentioned it in their comments so maybe its bug I'm running Oculus cv1. 

Overall its a beautiful game, the visuals are fantastic.

Amazing the mesh deformation and painting. That's really awesome but I cant figure out how to make fire to finish the mask.

I'm on Oculus cv1 all i see is a black and white vignette. I was standing when playing.. Ok I lifted me headset up a bit when I spawned and it fixed it. Very cool game!

I really liked the look of the map, it was pretty cool to run though it. My biggest problem was performance. I had lots of jittering when going up and down stairs and moving my head to fast. Other than that you did a great job. There shouldn't have been that many tris on the screen to matter. Did you make sure to bake occlusion culling?

Really good, I just wish it was a bit longer. I loved the old school pixel style, made me feel like I was inside a 90's duke nuk'em game. Did you use a package for the gun reloading? It worked really smooth.

Oculus CV1 user here. I can't fit through the door way. I think the scale is off for me for some reason. My height is set correctly in oculus.

Game looks cool, I wish I could play some more.

Very nice game it ran smooth. I had a few issues with my selection of tools but i think that's because my controller thumb stick is starting to go. I really liked the look and feel of your game. Very well done on the graphics. Did you use a package for the tool selection, that worked really nice. Also at the top of the mountain I couldn't hit submit for my name.

You may need to click start/menu button on your controller for the menu to clear. The raycast for the menu selector isn't working but we fixed it now but unfortunately cannot upload the new version. It worked in the editor but not standalone and we didn't find out until too late.
