Hey! Our team did get to finish the game, but we mistakenly submitted it as a regular game instead of as a jam submission. Please let us know if you'll reach out to me and/or DrDreadLock! Thank you!
Very spooky! The atmosphere and analog horror aspects of the game are very well done! However, I did personally struggle with the first part for a few minutes, because I didn't realize that above the fridge was actually a window that can be closed when I thought it was the upper section of the fridge. That is just a minor detail, but other than that, everything else is awesome!
Very good game! Had me hooked up for about half an hour to finish it with 57 strokes in total. I know the Ghost theme isn't required, but I would love to see the ghost theme mixed up in there more if there weren't any already, and I think the same could be said with making the visualsa little more interesting if you two ever come back to this, but this is still awesome for something done in three days! Good chill music too! Very creative gameplay.
Thanks for the follow up! As a fellow artist myself, I loved the art and the reference to Spooky's House of Jumpscares, definitely got some Specimen 1 vibes! I understand that the camera and clipping could be a bit of a problem, but honestly, for a game made in a few days, this is still well done and highly impressive! And, I do like how the enemies stayed in their same position. As you said, it did give quite a scare at first, but made them memorable for the next round. Great work, and again, thank you for replying!
I really like what is offered in this game! A challenge that mixes a house full of enemies with a labyrinth. I finished it on my third try! I enjoyed seeing the different kinds of enemies there are, and the way they were designed are quite spooky too! Along that, the main character is adorable. I also liked the artistic approach with the game, giving it a sort of paper-puppet theme! The music and atmosphere are also cool and continue to give a feeling of uncertainty!
The game plays well, but some of the front walls and the camera zooming in onto the main character makes it hard to see and feels a bit claustrophobic and unintentional(?). That made it quite challenging and a bit frustrating to work with when trying to find enemies or avoiding them.
Other than that, really cool and spooky work! Holy Shot is a great submission.
Cool and enjoyable game! I won on my second try. I have to say, though the concept and style of the game is simple, I felt a good amount of tension in the game, needing to watch my back and having to try and find the ghost myself before it finds me every time it returns. I really like that the game features that kind of play, where you can either run and get the souls fast, and risk getting caught more easily, or play it safe, and let the ghost come to you (or just locating it yourself) and then getting the souls, but you take longer time trying to survive. Really nice! I also like how the flashlight can almost make the ghost's form "disappear", making it harder to locate it for when you're trying to light up your view of the area. Good work!
Cute visuals and nice, simple concept! I had trouble trying to get around and collect food. I feel like that the zero gravity(?) part can be explained/connected more because it threw me off at the beginning at first. And, I think it would be nice if the balloon was not treated as an object or was smaller because I started bouncing around a lot. Overall, cute game, but it's a bit tricky for me to get around.
Heya! I’m an artist and animator looking for a partner or group to team up with for this jam! If you’re interested or would like to see my work, check out my Twitter and/or Discord! (Rakunuki#7950)
(Update: Found a partner, but still looking for another programmer and/or composer!)

Heya! I'm Rakunuki, and I'm looking forward to working on my first collaborative project! I'm hoping to find an opportunity here to work as an artist who can create anime-styled art that may also have some of my own artistic-cartoony influences! If this sounds interesting to you or if you want to see my examples, please let me know! I also have a social link on my page if you want to DM me.
