That's weird, game still starts for me and shared array buffer support is still enabled.

Thank you for the feedback! Coyote frames were one of the things my team talked about adding, but we decided it was better to finish up the rest of the game and leave extra time to figure out how to export and test.

Glad you enjoyed it!

That was cool!

I felt like there were a lot of interesting mechanical ideas that weren't quite finished, but I still had a good time.

I loved the idea of the rhythm game to upgrade, but I either got a full combo or missed every note lol.

That was fun! Great opening cutscene, good use of the forging mechanic, and the sound effects were nice. I would have loved some sort of background music while playing, but otherwise I had a great time.

This is super impressive for 3 days as a solo dev. I liked the enemy robot sprites and how well the UI worked. Hope everything goes well with the current situation!

Thanks for the feedback on the vanishing platforms! Glad to hear the rest of the game was fun.

The music is actually from a free pack (link on the game page) that I downloaded to test my volume settings. There are a bunch of good songs in there, I'm definitely going to use it in future projects.

I really like this. Well done making a really strong and simple core mechanic.

This game is so cute and well made. The tutorial sheets and menus are so full of personality and do a great job, and the game itself had a great mixture of stations that required me to be there and stations that were solely time based.

Alright, I made it past floor 100 and here are my thoughts:

Positive Feedback:

  • No other deckbuilder has let me throw a fireball that deals more than 1000 damage while giving me 250 max hp. That was a novel experience, and I enjoyed that novelty.
  • I liked the monster designs, and the various abilities were cool. Seeing the ghost wolf was fun because that meant I was about to deal 3000 damage to an enemy with 150 health, and the various vampires gradually transformed into the only things that could threaten me with 2000 damage bleeds.
  • This game did not exist a week ago, and you should be super proud of the fact that you made something playable in a week and had the confidence to submit your work in a public space. Good job!

Negative Feedback:

  •  The User Interface could use some work.
    • The armor tracker doesn't update upon playing new armor cards or taking damage, making the early levels very difficult to play.
    • A quick tutorial or UI elements that popped up when hovering icons that explained mechanics like bleed, magic vulnerability, or how many cards I can play each turn would have made the experience much smoother.
    • An option to spend all my upgrade points in one click would be incredible and would have saved me thousands of clicks.
  • I would have loved a "You Win" screen.

That was super cute, once I figured out the order of forging I had a lot of fun with this. I also really liked the credits scene you made in the main menu, it was just so sleek and smooth!

I love the spawn animation, when my teammate showed me that I was super excited. I had a lot of fun putting together the multiple path levels, glad you liked those.

Thanks for the feedback on the vanishing blocks as well!

Thank you so much, I’m really happy with how nice the game feels after just a week.

Thank you! Josh did such a great job with the blacksmith animations, I’m glad people like them :)

Glad you enjoyed it! My team focused more on just getting a game done over focusing on the theme as it was our first game, but hopefully next jam I’ll get to play with the theme a bit more.

Thanks for the feedback on the vanishing platforms, I was thinking about those a bit today so that will be a good thing for us to discuss. I also really liked the persistent hammers, glad you enjoyed the game!

Glad you enjoyed it, and thank you for the kind words!

That was pretty cool, excited to see the full release.

Thank you for the kind words, glad you enjoyed it.

LOL thanks for playing! We'll take a look at the hammers, the infinite piles were funny but not worth crashing the game over.

I'm glad you liked it, thanks for playing. :)

We used this in our first game and game jam, thanks for making these!
