Really fun game, I really enjoyed it! I wonder if you can get to 1000 points, I certainly couldn't lol. Sfxs were nice. I really liked how everything worked together, awesome job on the submission!
1000 points I doubt is possible with how it ramps up. I'm so glad you enjoyed it!
An interesting take on a PvZ style game. Really impressive that you made it in such a short amount of time. Nice work
Thank you and I am so glad you enjoyed the game. PvZ was a big inspiration here haha!
Good game! Becomes hectic pretty quickly. Managed to kill about 30 robots. This is pretty good for a 3-day effort, and probably can be expanded further with different turrets, enemies, etc. Wishing you the best for your circumstances as well.
Thank you so much and glad you enjoyed, I wish I could have done more with it, had things been normal I would have definitely aimed to.
This was a ton of fun! I didn't end up beating it, if there is an end, but I gave it a good dozen shots. Most I ever destroyed was 47. Well done, thanks for the game!
There is no victory, whole thing is a last stand! Thank you for giving it a try!
This is super impressive for 3 days as a solo dev. I liked the enemy robot sprites and how well the UI worked. Hope everything goes well with the current situation!
Thank you so much!
Hope your family circumstances have improved - this is great work for such a short time frame! I really like the multiple stage building of the turrets so you can get one partially done and have an 'oh crap moment' before jumping to a different line. Well done!
Thank you so much! They have somewhat improved and we are hoping for the best! 💛
Loved it, great tower defense game!
Thank you, so happy you enjoyed!
My compliments for how you managed to come up with this, despite the current circumstances.
Thank you! 💛
Hey had a great time with this one. Interesting trade offs between building when and where. Like possibly intentionally letting your turrets get destroyed to go elsewhere. :)
Thank you, glad you are thinking of these strats!
Considering it was made in 3 days - well done! not sure about the colour choices, but solid little production
Thank you for playing!
For just a couple of days, you got a lot done! And the audio mix was great!
Glad you enjoyed and happy you liked the audio side of things!
Man do I wish this had more to it, the concept is fun. It took me a minute to realize it builds where you are, not where the mouse is. I made it to 19 as my best.
Thank you. This was something I realized afterwards too (about the building), honestly it might have been better to make the mouse not do anything at all and keep it with just keyboard binds but I found it helped family members who have difficulty playing games to keep it in as an option. Spacebar build option I added just before I submitted.
Also: regarding there not being much to the game: I made this solo in 3 days of the jam as quite a beginner to Godot. My father had a major accident on the weekend the jam started so having a chance to take part at all was something I was happy with.
You know that's a good point for accessibility reasons. Perhaps something like click to move, right/double click to place could work - then you could play on mobile too.
Sorry to hear about your father, hope all goes well. You should be proud of it as you finished something for a jam solo, especially in only 3 days!
What an awesome little game, nice music, simple working and yet challenging gameplay.
And I really like the 8bit aesthetics of the game <3
Thank you I am really glad you enjoyed!
