Hey Mike thanks for your feedback ! Was the scaling issue happening in web or windows exe ? It's a redundant issue we've had in previous jams for unconventional monitor sizes.

Very original concept ahah !

Good job for a first jam ! Have you been doing everything yourself?

This one was a very original entry ! I loved the little minigames setting the mood

Cute aesthetic and chara design

Rodrigo is gentler than he looks. Like the contrast between almost a horror vibe and the cute quest to save little fish eggs

Good game with a cool (and cute) mechanic !

Well done and polished experience. Super original!

Very juicy ! My only critic would be that the enemies tend to overlap making a huge pack of mantas :P !

Nice game, well executed.

This was a fun little rollercoaster. Never really knew what to expect, from light hearted humor to straight up horror

Thanks for the feedback ! Yep the game is on the hard side, it was quite challenging to balance it in that timeframe :P ! For the enemies, their attack queue progress after they end their turn :). I guess that was missing in the tutorial !

Well I'm very bad at it but it's well made ! Are "dfjk" common controls for rhythm games on keyboard?

Game is great! Cool vibes reminding me of skateboard games in a way !

Cute visuals, great music, overall polished entry ! Good job !

Very cool and polished entry. Absolute potential for a mobile game release. You could almost launch the game as is and it would work out I think !

This was a very original entry ! The contrast between a fish detective and the noir old detective movie atmosphere is quite funny and well executed !

Thanks, that was very informative. Tweaked a bit with OpenGL and Vulkan at the start of my career. Some VR visualisation software for automobile manufacturers, so I can relate a bit! This is cool that you're so passionate about it :) !

And although I agree with how "unoptimal" popular game engines are in terms of memory usage, GPU draw calls etc... These are pretty secondary issue with modern hardware and it's saving so much production time that I'm happily looking the other way hehe !

Actualy very clever idea! Plus a cool aesthetic very fitting for a game jam. Super submission !

Although a bit overwhelming with all that's going on, it was a pretty fun experience !

Cool game, nice visual effects ! I can see the Omori inspiration here haha !

Pretty good submission ! I think you should share a bit more image in the submission page to invite people to play it. As another pointed at, you tend to get lost a bit easily

Loved chomping at other fishies to get their power. This game has way more content that I expected looking at the thumbnail, good job !

Cool little tower defense! I suggest making the screen a bit less busy as it gets hard to read when there are a lots of units

Well made game, encouraging you to always be on the offense. A bit on the hard side though !

Good entry with an interesting concept. The game could use some clarification, like a tutorial, and more gizmos in the screen during the game to show you what's happening

Relaxing and well made little game

Really loved the visuals. Controls feel AMAZING. Didn't understand too much how to score and what was the use of calling your fish friends with right click.

Nice little game. I swear I heard that soundtrack makes me nostalgic but I don't remember where it's from

Very creative game. Lots of things going on! I found the mood a bit bizarre and unsettling, but in a good way

Loved the artstyle ! Kinda reminded of old flash games like alien hominid. How nostalgic

Honestly didn't understand the game by looking at the screenshot but it made sense once I launched it. Interesting idea ! I just read on another comment you've made it in C++. Does that mean you haven't used an engine ?

Very fun. I just laughed so hard watching the trailer. Really nailed what you were going for !

A good platforming game with some original mechanics! I see that you've deviated a bit from the idea you talked me about last week ahah :P !

Nice and well executed game, and interesting platforming idea! But wow 2 Giga is absolutely insane for a game jam submission ahah !

Nice and fun game, didn't expect to meet a boss at the end, it wall well made !

Thanks for the praise and suggestions ! We're aware how death is very punishing at the moment and we're thinking about ways to balance that. Death door's system from Darkest Dungeon and K.O. system from Sea of Star are good inspirations in that regard.

Oh I see! Well one time i touched it at an angle i thought would propel me forward and instead it did backwards! I think it should compute the direction using your position instead of orientation :P !

Nice game, I especially liked the audio !
I would like the bombs to be a bit more flexible, and being able to use them to get momentum in the race, instead of it being just an obstacle !
