Loved the dynamic of this game.
This was challenging as well. Although i felt like there is a huge difficulty spike after a certain amount of points. It would be cool if difficulty would be more evenly spread throughout the whole proccess.

I didn't really finish the game. It works, but there's only one and a half enemies and much more limited gameplay than I'd have liked. Still, it has a title screen, game over screen, and POINTS! Gamers love points, right?

For a peek behind the curtain, every fish spawn decreases the delay for the next spawn. So technically yes, it does get exponentially harder (the faster it spawns, the faster the decrease happens, etc) but it's capped after 50 spawns. If I had managed to add more complex fish, I would definitely have worked in a different difficulty scaling thing. But I really appreciate you playing and the kind words!!
Really fun game, love the punch gameplay so much, I was shifting around looking for fishes. I love the POINTS. The red warning UI really helped me to react when the fish came near. Well, the bubbles for fish were rarer than I expected, I like the game. Good job making the game!

Played it for a while, tried to reach 50 000 points but 34 200 is as far as I went. (Might upload gameplay, I'm allowed?)
I know you stated that you won't probably update it, but if you would, consider adding either an invincibility timer after getting hit (Those moments when there's lots of fishes and you go from 3 to 0 lives in a couple seconds is a little frustrating) or a blocking ability (probably would go well with "S").
That's great to know! I'll stay tuned for the next update and of course I'm more than happy for you to see the footage, I'm still deciding about either making one long video of me playing all the games or upload each gameplay separately (the former is more likely, therefore I might upload it a while after the GameJam ends)

This is an interesting game! Took me a while to find out that the punching was based on mouse position. Very creative and fun!
Loved the artstyle ! Kinda reminded of old flash games like alien hominid. How nostalgic
You did a great job with this! The game is fun, the art's good, and the concept is really unique.
The idea is great and I really dig the art style. In the beginning I was really frustrated, because I didn't realize that I had to point where I want to punch, thus fishes seemingly spawned in areas where I couldn't reach them. Some sort of indicator (e.g. moving the fist when moving the mouse) would have really helped here. All in all a intense and fun game!
Very cool idea! I like that intensity of having to split your attention between different things
Gameplay is catchy, mechanics are solid, overall a really fun game.
