I only had the chance to play your game now. :( It was one of the few that I played to the end. Well designed, no annoying bugs or concept errors, music, and art fits the theme very well. Congrats!

Thanks for the feedback! Yea, the jam's limitation was "Written in alien language". Guess Hungarian is an alien one for the majority haha!

Thank you! Happy to hear you've won! Let us know your best time!

Thanks! Glad you enjoyed our little game :)

Thanks! Erik, our artist really did a great job in my opinion too!

Thanks for the kind words!

Thank you! Glad you had fun!!

Ah, that wasn't clear. Colliding once makes the "things" disappear, that's why I thought they are collectibles. Maybe you could clarify this in the description?

Cool game! It was a bit hard to jump and land perfectly when close to the ceiling.

Nice platformer, with great assets! Sliding felt a bit too much. I felt like I was not in control all the time.

Thanks so much! You're right, needs more content. Hopefully we can add more in the future!

Haha, glad you liked it. Thanks for the feedback, it's really valuable!

Thanks! They most probably are! ;)

Loved the concept and the mood. Looking up words, spending coin and setting new meetings is a fun game loop. I felt like the optimal scenario is to just be as polite as possible for the alien to favor you.

Cool art! It was a bit hard for me to figure out what's a platform and what's not. Great sound design, shooting felt fun!

Loved the turn based movement, Sound design was top notch! I found it too short.

Visuals are nice! Couldn't figure out what the game is about. :(

Very good vfx and sfx! Presentation is top notch. Would have liked if the enemies were on a more predictable patrol route. Felt like I was waiting for the right moment too much.

I wasn't sure what I had to do. Tried clicking everywhere, but besides some windows popping up nothing much happened. Art assets were well created though.

Good concept. Couldn't really understand how the combat works, so I just randomly bought the items until I ended up victorious. Characters and background look nice, they don't really match with the UI though.

The visual bug(?) in the browser player makes it confusing. Also the game throws me back in the main menu when collecting one of the things.

Nice concept! There are lots of ways to make Tony Hawk-like moves.

Love the visuals! Use of limitiation is very well done!

Character animation is very nice! Consider enabling full screen mode, to be able to fully admire your art! Lack of sound was a bit disappointing.

Thanks for the feedback! We are thinking about expanding the game in the future!

Thank you so much for the feedback! We have lots of ideas how we could improve the gameplay. Your suggestion was one of them. Unfortunately we had no time left to develop these features :( Maybe we will continue development later.

Hello!

I'm currently developing a game that is supposed to be a strategy roguelike in space! I'm looking for play testers for the first pre alpha build.

Hit me up on Discord if you're interested: s_marcell#6643

Check out the trailer:

Loved it. Could easily be turned into a steam game. Very addicting.

Thank you for sharing your thoughts! Balancing issues are a thing... And yea the bug you mentioned is also a known one. I'm sorry that I couldn't deliver a more polished bug free version of the game. I really have liked for you guys to enjoy the game as intended. But I will get back to it once the rating period is over.

Thanks for playing! Yea I will definitely tweak some of the gameplay elements for a better balance.

Thank you so much for letting me know! Yea, The idea of the game struck me a day before the theme was released so I was going for trying to make it juicy instead. Thank you for playing!

They did help! I've encountered an error, I'll just paste the code for you to check it out:

I liked the visuals and the juicy UI. Could have been even more juicier. I wowed when the music started playing and I started hitting the teddybears the trumpets lined in well with the music. After a while it got a little annoying though. Maybe some variation as the music progresses? The car was a tad too difficult to control but I loved the animations and theme.

Decent entry! The character was actually quite nice to control, it felt seamless and responsive. The fact that the jump button was W and the schrunken screen size made the game a bit frustrating to plan on a PC. Also there was no audio when I played. I loved the minimap it really eased the search for the flowers. Good job!

I liked the idea that you have to kill more to stay alive. Maybe the hit detection could have been a little more forgiving. I liked the hologramy dancers they really helped with the atmosphere you were going for. I was hoping to get more feedback when I killed an enemy as well as when I picked up a new weapon.
