my ratings suddenly stopped after day 2 of the voting, please someone tell me what went wrong

Starting the game is surely more of a challenge than the game itself

The controls are a bit hard to catch on to at first but once you do its really fun, though i found an exploit where you can spam Z and X with the arrow key of the direction you want to go in and boom, infinite combos

also the block attack kind of reminded me of Sekiro, maybe because i am playing Sekiro rn XD

This game is really short and simplistic and the art is great, but i do recommend to add some music toit atleast, some binural beat if you are not good at making music

but yeah, the submission period is over, i suppose no changes can be made unless the mods approve

anyways its a really nice game, just a tad bit annoying as even a Breath can ruin it for you

yeah, i had a similar concept but i made it a bit different by adding a tree growing mechanic and peaceful and calm meditation music so people can feel relaxed while playing it, i think you might like it too! (i have 2 games submitted, the one i am talking about is called "A Monk's Life", idk why but both of my games havent appeared on the main page till now, thats why i need some people to review them, i hope you like it!)

I am really glad that i could deliver what i intended in such a short amount of time, more so considering i had only 5 or so days for working on this project as i had a tight schedule and i was working on another project for this jam (i was the onlt game dev on both teams, others worked on art and music for the game)

i would also like to mention that both of my games including this one might see a full version if they can get at least 20+ rating/reviews

Thanks! I am really happy that you liked my game! The art and animations were done by Izaaalith, so the credit is all hers on that part

although we got 10 days, i only got 3 days to make and polish this game due to my tight schedule (and i was working on another submission for this jam on a different team, in which i also had to make the whole game too like this one)

so yeah, a lot of planned mechanics had to be removed, and i also thought of adding a timer and making the game a bit harder so you have the chance to die, but scrapped it at last because it was making the game frustrating to play, which i really didnt wanted, so it ended up like an endless game, just that i accidentally made it a bit too easy i think

i might make full version of both games i worked on for this jam, including this one if they get 20+ ratings/reviews

well i was caught up in my school's work so couldn't add anything new to the game, but i am designing some new levels and a final level for the game

I did fix some bugs after posting of the game, like the dash which now works as intended (you can now dash in any direction while moving, previously you could only dash horizontally while moving)

I will reply here once i am done with all the new work

my game is filled with bugs and the levels are unpolished, i joined the jam late (when there was 7 days left) so i didnt get much time to polish the game, so can i post updates to my game after submission period is over?
