Pretty good game, though it was really confusing when it came to rolling to defeat enemies while hooked (I often got myself killed and it got a bit frustrating) and the collision of things you needed to walk behind was a bit weird. Other than that it nails the Game Boy feel and is a very good interpretation of the theme.

I enjoyed this game! It was pretty laggy at some parts and the game got a bit finicky when it did but it was a good experience overall.

Really good game! I like the idea of diving in the water to cool down but I’m unsure how the game fits the Space theme.

I added touch controls to mine since I figured it would be what’s best for the game since it’s so simple. Here’s the link: https://itch.io/jam/gbjam-11/rate/2276922

(If you have an iOS device the game unfortunately doesn’t work since Apple hates OpenGL, but it should work on anything else. I even tried it on my Xbox One and it worked perfectly.)

Nice game! My only criticism is that it's a bit difficult to move out of the way due to the player's speed and hurtbox.

The Steam Deck screenn size is 1280x800 (16:10).

Pretty much something like the run button in the Super Mario platformers.

So I googled it and it may be due to GPUParticles apparently? I’m planning on releasing a (separate) updated version after the jam and I might add an option to use a sprite for the explosion. Maybe that’ll work?

It's ok! The missing .pck file is the only issue. Linux builds work pretty much flawlessly like Windows builds do actually.

This is probably the funniest and best game by far. Hopefully it wins.

I downloaded the Linux version of the game since Chrome doesn't like this game for some reason and I couldn't play it since it's missing the .pck file. Thankfully you have a link to the source code so I can play it that way but just thought I'd let you know!

Neat minigame compilation with charming graphics and music! The first two were my favorites while the balloon one could definitely be improved if the hand went faster or if you could hold a button to move faster. Good game!

I use my Steam Deck in desktop mode for game development and a lot of other programs work. It’s a desktop PC in it’s own right and I’m not sure what that has to do with my question.

pend00 on Godot Shaders made the filter actually! I’m not smart enough to write shader code lol.

Here’s a link if you want to check out this and their other filters: https://godotshaders.com/shader/vhs-and-crt-monitor-effect/

I'm trying to use this on my Steam Deck but the UI is too large and basically makes the program pretty much unusable.
