Played it with my wife last night. SO SO GOOD! Please make more of these.

It has some creepy little moments!

The art style and colors are great. Game takes a while to understand... maybe try a tutorial level down the road?

Really fun game. I haven't seen that death flower mechanic before and it's really clever.

Love the hand-drawn art! It would be nice if in a future version level 1 were a tutorial. I had a hard time getting past even the first platform.

I like the originality of using dark blue and black. Creates nice atmosphere.

Very lovely game. I got stuck on the 3rd or 4th puzzle I think. Might be nice to have the robot give hints to slow-learners like me. Hahaha. But it's adorable and made me laugh.

I like the direction it's going! Please keep working on it!

My favorite entry of the game jam so far! Lovely atmosphere.

Nice, smooth game. Really challenging. I like the sprite design a lot.

Thanks for the play through!

Thanks so much! This is great. :D

Thanks so much! Hint: there is a third ending if you choose the Lady in Grey, so if you have the patience to try one more time, you might get a nice surprise. :D

Hi Thom Thom! Any chance of a Mac build?

Very good! Nice style.

Nice game.

That was awesome. hahahaha.

Really nice and fun!

Super awesome for first game jam! Keep it up!

Tough game but fun!

Can you submit a HTML5 web-based game? Or would you need to package it up as a Windows executable?

Thanks!

Heya Cuboid,

It's a custom shader. Basically, you render the screen in normal color, then you filter across all of the pixels and figure out which of the four colors it's closest to. I think I found the original code on shadertoy.com, then modified for my own projects. :)

The maze is randomly generated every time, so it's QUITE possible there's a bug where sometimes the number of keys don't match the number of doors. :P

I will investigate.

Yeah, the gameboy overlay is just a surrounding bit, but you've got a great point that it might be outside the rules. :)

Plus, I obviously had a bunch of code built up from another project or the thing couldn't have been done in such a short window. I don't care about winning. The jam was great to help me get the thing (kinda) done. Thanks for trying it! :D

Hey Redstonie! I tried my best to follow the limitations. Which one did I break. ?!

128x128, 4 colors, and matching the "break out" theme? That has Death Star written all over it.

Game isn't quite complete, but it was fun to work on for the weekend. Would love folks to try it on different browsers and phones and tell me if it worked for them. Thanks!

The best! I'm torn between these beautiful graphics and the atari-blocks version you posted on the discord site.

Innovative control scheme you got there. I DO wish I had 3 hands.

Hilarious and disturbing at the same time. Nice work!

Nice feel and character!
