Wow, thank you so much for the incredibly kind words! It’s amazing to hear that you had so much fun playing the game and that the additions made such a big impact for you. We don’t have any concrete plans to update the game, but we might occasionally invest some time in developing it further. Is there anything you’d like to see improved or extended in a future update? :)

I really enjoyed your game! The concept is super interesting, and after a few minutes, I was able to figure out how everything works and what I needed to do. It was a lot of fun exploring and figuring things out!
The game state is clear, and you get all the necessary information, but I think it would be great to have some UX/UI features, like showing which tool is currently selected and highlighting the square the player is hovering over.
One thing that felt a bit frustrating was when a plant would disappear immediately if over-watered. It might help to give the player a little time and options to save the plants when they make a mistake, rather than having them rot away instantly.
Overall, this could become a really cool game if you plan to develop it further! :)
I really enjoyed your game and had a lot of fun playing it! The controls feel smooth overall, but I agree with some of the other comments about the wall jump—it’s pretty tricky to pull off. I’d suggest making it so that when you press space near a wall, you stick to it until you release the jump button, rather than being pushed off immediately. That way, it would also give you more time to place a block if needed.
There are also a few spots where it feels like you need almost pixel-perfect jumps or block placements, which can make things a bit fiddly at times.
That being said, I really like the game concept, art, sound effects, and music and the option to change the controls is also very nice!
Wow, it’s awesome to hear that you played the GMTK version too! Thanks so much for thinking it deserved to be in the top 100. We’d definitely love to add more game modes in the future if we can find the time, though we can’t make any promises right now. But if you have any special ideas or wishes for new game modes, we’d absolutely love to hear them! :)
This game is one of my favorites so far! I absolutely love the concept of a puzzle game where you can compress space—it’s so well implemented, and solving the puzzles is really fun.
The 3D puzzle mechanic is also super interesting, but it took me a bit of time to fully understand how the 3D folding works. At first, it wasn’t very clear what was happening, probably because the animation felt a bit fast, and the on-screen explanation didn’t quite help me grasp it right away. Maybe slowing it down or offering more visual guidance could make it easier to follow. Also, controlling the 3D folding with the middle mouse button can feel a bit fiddly, depending on the mouse. For users on notebooks using touchpads, it could be tricky since they might not have a middle mouse button. Perhaps an alternative control option could help?
Overall, I had a blast playing this, and I’m really excited to see how it evolves!
I really enjoyed your game! The idea of using randomly-dropped crystals to improve towers is cool, and I loved that you can move the towers around—it adds a fun strategic layer to the gameplay. The first few waves had a bit of a challenge, but after that, it became too easy since I had an excess of resources.
One thing that could improve the experience is better readability of the game state. UX features like showing tower levels, how much damage each tower is dealing, and the exact effects of the assigned crystals would be great additions.
I also noticed a small bug—when I clicked "Buy tower" and then right-clicked to cancel, I still lost some resources. Overall, though, I had fun, and I’m excited to see how the game evolves, in case you plan to continue development! :)
Had a great time playing your game! The cotton character is adorable, and the story made me smile. The levels were fun, but I did notice the controls felt a bit unresponsive at times, especially when pressing "A" and "D" together—it stopped the character from moving. This made it a bit tricky when jumping and trying to change direction mid-air. Also, some of the collision boxes might be a little too large for certain objects?
Overall, I really enjoyed the experience, and I’m excited to see how the game evolves with future updates!
Thank you so much for trying our game! If our games are brothers, then we definitely need to give yours a try too! :P
We’re really sorry to hear it’s not working on your machine. Are you by any chance using a Mac? We’re aware of an issue that affects Mac users with Chromium-based browsers like Brave or Chrome. However, it should work smoothly on Safari. We’d greatly appreciate it if you could give Safari a try and let us know if it resolves the problem. :)
I love the idea and execution! It's not too easy but not too hard either (except for someone like me lol, but that's my fault I guess :D).
The style is beautiful too, it seems so incredibly polished and I love the little squares plopping up in the BG, it gives the game some nice harmony! (It's weird but somehow, I see some deep character design in the square lol. This just proves how simple good character design can be :'D)
Thank you for the constructive feedback! :D
oh yeah, you're right - to be absolutely honest, we never thought that so many people would play it, so it's kinda embarrassing that we didn't change the SFX or make another recording :'D and we couldn't believe that nobody commented on it until now lol. So, we really appreciate you mentioning this and are considering to polish the audio and other stuff for an after-jam update! and thanks again! :)
thanks for the constructive feedback!! yeah, personally i second that - the meteors are a bit too much too soon :'D we're planning on bringing an update after the jam ends to fix that and make it easier to keep track of the two dimensions and more readable / practical regarding user experience in general :)
Hey,
Thank you so much for trying our game! 😊
Thanks for the compliment :)
We're very sorry to hear you're encountering this issue. This problem can sometimes occur when using Brave, Chrome, or probably other Chromium-based browsers on a Mac. However, many users have reported that switching to Safari resolves the issue.
We'd appreciate it very much if you could give Safari a try and let us know if it helps to solve the problem. :)
Hi, we're really sorry to hear that you encountered issues.
Are you using a Mac by any chance? We’re aware of a problem (that looks like yours) with Chrome and Brave on Mac, but in our tests, using Safari seemed to resolve it. We’d appreciate it if you could give Safari a try and let us know if it works for you! :)
While we haven't had the time to fully investigate this issue yet, we are considering releasing an updated version of the game after the rating period, so we hope to resolve this for you and others who are affected.
We're sorry to hear you're having issues :(
Did you encounter the bug where the 2d-shadows are missing?
Based on our testing, this bug primarily occurs on Chrome and Brave. While we haven't had the chance to fully investigate, Safari appeared to work without any issues during our tests. If you could try using Safari, we'd love to know if that resolves the problem for you! :)
Hey, that's very sad :(. Do you have a Mac by any chance? If so, we are aware of an issue with Brave and Chrome browsers. As far as we know, it should run correctly in the Safari browser. :)
If you don't have a Mac, we would be glad to hear what system/browser-combination you are using. We are considering to release a more polished version after the rating-period. So maybe we can address your issue :)
