Sounds effects 10/10! voice acting 10/10! humor 10/10! I laughed my ass off! fantastic job!

The game feel is very strong in this one!

Victory I did it!

It's nice clicker game great for training your clicking reflexes! I think it has a nice art style ( reminds me of kurzgesagt which I love). The particle effects when you click on the birds are awesome! I like how the difficulty ramps up towards the end giving you a real challenge. I thought the  sound effects we're really funny but i think the bird audio was a bit too loud but dialing that back is an easy fix. All in all I had fun with this Great job!

I guess i'm mostly interested in which database you used. I tried implementing a leaderboard system for one of my games a while back and finding a good database that was accepted by the playstore and appstore turned out ot be a real headache haha

This game was great! Clever puzzels with interesting mechanics! i really liked the one way wall though it might need a more clear representation. I like the esthetic alot (great choice of font) and the foggy transitions we're nicely done. Good job!

I won! I thought that the way you chose to lay out the house in the game was really creative and the music was great too!

I think with a point system that keeps track of how long you've survived you could easily give this game an endless mode.

And darn that little goblin on the stairs! haha

I had fun with this! Great job!

Hey if you don't mind me asking: how did you impliment the online component to your game? I've always had trouble doing online stuff in Unity

I really like Thinkers and Wanderers btw it was one of my favorites of the jam

This was hilarious! I only wish I could see what's on the shelves after they've been stocked.

But from the story to the barks of the local mafia you had me laughing more than once! Great job!

Haha I loved this! I really like how progresion and difficulty are tied together so seamlessly. you eat apples to go faster, going faster is harder! Also the character design is great (I love the lama). And it's a great interpretation of the Game Jam theme. great job!

Thanks! The pixel filtering option almost didn't make it in due to time. I'm glad you liked it!

Ah about the get more care button you're totally right! I thought because the secret option is often overlooked as available it should be a punishment that you don't see it and -50 point isn't that much... But in the end it just doens't feel nice. So seeing as how -50 points is inconsequential i should've made it 0 for game feel .

And indeed the resolution is too big i noticed that too late :(

I'm glad you enjoyed playing it! Warioware style game is a huge compliment to me :D

My high score was 312!!

Super cool entry. Really creative and great work with the limited pallet!

I 100% agree! Because of the time constraints I didn't really bother cleaning up the UI and it really shows haha!

Thanks so much for the feedback. I totaly agree about the UI! With more time i would've polished that more.

(1 edit)

Fantastic game! Really clever. I completed all the levels and i feel like i accomplished something! It teaches it's concepts really well it has a great learning curve and a real challange towards the end. Fantastic job!

Wow, I found it really impressive how I was confronted with how i tend to take the easy route. I really like how you used that line to show your path at the end, and mine (and I assume many others) was a very small circle. I could have tried diffirent things... but i didn't. That was shown to me trough gameplay. Very impressive. Great work!

I enjoyed this one alot! It's nice that you ittirated on diffirent game mechanics like the bouncy mushrooms and the water barel. very creative!

Also why would he stand in that circle! It's so dangerous D:

Hey, I would love some more feedback on my game : https://simondanckaert.itch.io/take-care-of-everyone

Do tell me what you think! :)

Really neat movement system! reminds me a bit of that new Carrion game but here the player actually makes more choises. Defeniatly something that can become its own whole game. great job!

This was fantastic! super creative. I the story (very relatable). the character designs are wonderful. their barks are hilarious! I didn't get the mana whirl thing at first but after i got it the game played great and it has alot of content for such a short time!! Really really great job!!

Nooo!!! i started off so well!! only 3 survived D:

I really liked the drone controlls the we're nice and snappy. also the sound design of his motor helped the game feel! the art style was nice and consistent. Really fun (but difficult) game!! well done!

This one is super creative! i had a blast playing it! you're guy who lives on a dragon!!!?!? what!? awesome!! the art style is great and consistent. it has wonderful sound effects (i loved the throwing the fly off sound effect a lot!) And you're on your way to the moon. fantastic! well done!

Ah none in particular i actually haven't played mario party in years haha but I meant that nice random warioware mariokart feeling for sure!

This was a nice and relaxing experience. taking care of plants is a great way to interpret the Game Jam Theme. I liked the art alot. I think the game could benefit from an inventory system for the plants you bought because on the first day i spent all my money on plants and i was only able to place one, but after i got how it worked i was able to start growing all the plants i liked. Great job!

Also Ghibli music is the best!!!!

Well, you succeeded!

This was super fun! The slow motion mechanic was a  great call it really helps you plan out your next move. With some polish and more levels this could easily be dropped on the app store! well done!

Super difficult haha! Great sound effects and funny interpretation of the theme! well done!

my highscore was 88 >:)

This was hillarious! The slapping sound effect, the art style ah.. it all works great! I would normally advise against a constant screen shake effect like this but it really emphesised how angry the main guy was that people weren't wearing masks. great work!

I like how you handled the theme of taking care of others but don't forget about yourself. I always like it when an abstract theme get molded into game mechanics and i think you did a good job!!

also your victory and lose tunes were awesome!

This feels great to play! i love the drifting and the way the enemy cars explode!! i did a 180 into shooting a bad guy that was coming straight for me! with some more polish in the sound and the art department this could become a great time waster! great job!

Nice game i like the idea of a ghost defending its cemetary from graverobbers. There was a lot of downtime though when there weren't any robbers to scare... Also i didnt quite get what the posses skill did. But i think with some rebalancing this could become a really nice defender survival game! good work!

Also a tip for all the pixel art unity developers: unity has a pixel perfect camera script built in in it's package manager. Just enable it there and pop it on your camera with the desired resolution and BAM! Pixel perfect pixel art

I SAVED THE PLANET! ME! Global warming is no more!  haha just kidding.

"Take care of the planet" Great interpretation of the theme!. i like the concept of being led around by a voice reminds me a bit of the stanley parable. The dust was a bit buggy for me but nothing game breaking. overal i think it was a nice wholesome game with a great message! Great work!

Really nice atmosphere. I like the character design. It was nice and relaxing walking around talking to everyone. good job!

Really cute game! The pixel art is great. those little duckling are adorable. The game fits the Theme perfectly. i love the way you handled the menu teaching you how to move while selecting the size. i got 7/8 ducklings i have no idea where i lost the 8th i went looking for him. I'm afraid hes lost for ever D:

i had a great time with this! great job!

Gosh darn it That was darn wholesome! I pet the cat... IT PURS :3. at first I thought the maze gameplay was a bit uninspired and my hunger meter never went down but the multiple choice pop ups were a really nice charming surprise! i had a good time with this and i got the wholesome ending. Worth it! Good job!

I got a highscore of 20! It's a great way to remind players to remember to wash their hands. good job!

Thanks so much for playing and commenting! I'm glad you liked it! I definitely overestimated my memory too! I thought 5 characters might be too easy but then when i got to it i realised it wasn't haha. Kept it in anyway >:)

Ah that's great to hear! I was worried the concept might be a bit confusing
