very cool silent narrative, can't read anything (nice font font guy!). Love the aesthetic, could do with a volume slider, or a mute button. I always ended up with stomach cramps on day 4 :(. how to save the pine martin?!

Developer(+1)

Thanks for pointing out the font, I hadn't gave it much thought. It was made along with the Runes, so I had it lying around and added letters as I needed as fast as I could for the deadline without adjusting the colours any in testing. I'll be changing that for sure. Thanks for the feedback!

yeah I used a smelly font too :) hehe, you should keep it (I saw the tooltips second time round)

Developer(+1)

I made it, so yeah, I'll keep it :P

Well, the concept is neat. Although it’s hard to judge or relate on what’s actually happening.

Very interesting. Wasn't 100% sure what was going on but still enjoyed it. The music is amazing!

I liked this... I was confused, but I liked it. Reminded me of retro games from back in the day.. would be nice to know properly what the tick/cross/skull actually meant, so I was confused - but I understand the idea of passing honour down through the generations. Cool idea. Well done!

Developer(+1)

That's what I was going for, and you nailed the idea behind it, well done! Event animations would've helped but being new, I needed the overall game to work properly first, being relatively new to developing., and that took all the time. A more finished version will make the choices obvious! Thanks for playing!

Onwards and upwards! Keep taking that next step! :)

What the Hell did I just play? Spooky.

Very cool experience! Haven't had an entry like that in any jams - very unique! Great work. Also, the music was fantastic. Really reminded me of Outer Wilds - one of my favorite games.

Developer (1 edit) (+1)

Thanks for playing! I looked up Outer Wilds ost, it's pretty cool and I can see the comparison. I learned more in this jam than I have since I started doing this, so thank you.

[confused in cool vibes]

Thanks for the feedback! I currently have a list of clarity features to add lol

This is a vibe ^_^ Very cute game and alot of potential for more content. <3 Excellent art style. (I did however press the exit button by accident in the menu xD)

Developer(+1)

There are tooltips for the rune menu options, but it's not obvious at all ha! Thanks!

Yea, I noticed on the 2nd boot ^_^ The Godot tooltips like to be a little slow ^_^

A bit more instruction would be super helpful but I like the vibe. This game has potential so I would love to see where it goes.

I wasn't really sure what was going, i either won or lost after level 3. Thanks for submitting!

No worries, it was an experiment to see if I could convey the intent without dialogue, using symbols, patterns, clues, etc like a riddle.
