Yeah Cinemachine works pretty great, but I'm afraid I rarely develop in 3D so I don't have another solution. Either way it doesn't seem like it's that that's causing it

The rapid spinning wasn't consistent, which is strange, sometimes it was slower moving then it would move really fast. It could be in the Look function. In your Look function, you are rotating the X on transform.rotation, but rating the Y on camera.transform.localRotation.

Shouldn't you be rotating the camera on both X and Y in the same way? I'm assuming this code is on your player, so you are rotating the player on X but the camera on Y?

Oh I understand now. I didn't know you call them dots. I learn something new every day :)

Thanks for taking the time to use the translator to comment, I appreciate it.

cause why not, haha.

Thanks for the info. I can give it another try now.

My fault there for not checking the game page, as I normally do, I just had so many tabs open with so many games I must have forgotten to.

Cheers

haha glad you found out you can stab two at once, it is pretty satisfying.

Thanks for playing.

(1 edit)

I played it again up to level 3 on a different browser but still didn't get any :(

Although I did get a couple of tanks to destroy each other which was fun :)

I've used BXFR in the past, it's pretty good, but I didn't know about Bosca Ceoil, so thanks for mentioning them, I'll check it out.

Well done on your submission. Very nice graphics, however I've run into problems. When the enemy ships get very close to the turret it won't fire at them, and I don't have enough resources to build another. The range of the cannon is a bit too short and difficult to destroy anything before it reaches the ship, however once I got at least 2 turrets up it became a lot easier.

Nice concept with graphics and sounds.

I have reached equilibrium... but I had my fish... I don't know where to cook it since mine broke down :(

I like the idea and aesthetics, it was a bit grim since I couldn't find a way to survive, or even understand what was happening.

Good submission.

Pretty cool game. I like how the perspective shifts, it especially looks good when there are planets in view.

I defeated a bunch of enemies then stupidly flew into an asteroid haha

Great graphics and nice music, well done!

Very fun game. I spent ages trying to beat it but I couldn't. I feel the slow down caused by the spearman should last a little bit longer, since he is a very expensive user.

I liked the graphics and it was addictive to play.

Well done.

Well done on your game submission. I like the art style and the relaxing music.

Good work on hiding the crabs and shells, took me a while to find them at first because I'm clicking on the big crab claws in the sand haha.

The mouse sensitivity was quite low even when I put it up to max, but that might just be my browser was being slow.

Great work.

Thanks for your feedback, we really appreciate it.

However I do not know what you are referring to say you say dots. Can you elaborate please?

Thanks very much for your great feedback, really appreciate it.

Well done on your first Game Jam!

Cute little game, I like the pixel art and enjoyed using the AoE spell when pressing space bar.

You should expand on this game, it's pretty cool.

Fun little game. The tank explosions were spectacular. Nice SFX and music.

I never found any power ups though and I got to level 4, am I missing something?

Well done on your submission.

Well I defeated all the slimes in a triumphant victory. One of them even escaped into the abyss, but I found out how (that corner piece has no collision on it)

Nice little game, I like the pixel art and music and I especially like the visual feedback when you get hit. But you can't die can you?

Cheers.

I achieved victory! Well done on your submission.

The controls were confusing but via the process of elimination I found them. However I have no idea why I click to mark an X on the ground.

Charming music, graphics and sound effects.

Fun little game. I like the graphics and the idea behind it.

I found the player ship too slow to move and turn, and for some reason it was home over when the planet still had about 80% health.

Well done on your submission.

Well done on your submission. I've never heard of scratch before and appreciate the link to the browser version.

It's decent but could do with more variety and some audio.

The story is mad and makes me laugh, but it would be great if the aesthetic was more futuristic.

Cheers

Not bad but would be nice to see it expanded. I liked levelling up but I was able to abuse it to the point I could defeat a night in 0.05 seconds, so I was unstoppable and could take on the world all by myself.

Well done on your submission.

What are we supposed to do? It looks like you have some elements set up ready to look for clues but you don't actually do anything with it. it's a shame because it sounded like a good idea, and it looks good too.

Well done on your submission. Nice atmosphere and pixel art. Music is nice too.

Those tall plague doctors are scary.

I finished the first level without realising it as I was trying to jump on a mushroom attached to the wall, so some end of level indicator would be great to have.

Cheers

Well done on your submission. Nice game and the music is quite funky.

I too had hard time finding ammo. It would be nice if it were spread about a bit more, with a goal in mind, either survive a time limit or a certain amount of zombies etc.

Cheers

Well done on your game jam submission.

I like the pixel art and the attacking works well. I didn't last too long though and my crystal got destroyed.

Would be good if there was more to it, more ways to attack and maybe different projectiles coming for your crystal.

Cool game, well done. Nice graphics and atmosphere, music was pretty good too and easy to control. it took me a minute to realise where I could build the barricades.

Although I got to a point where I ran out of mines and there were no more ammo pickups, so I had to die haha.

But it did seem like the AI would always go to attack the same side of the building and ignore me.

Nice one on submitting your game, although as the other commenter said it's not finished. I couldn't do anything but spin around, I couldn't even click options on the main menu.

I hope you continue to work on it after the Game Jam and complete your idea.

Cheers

Good work on your submission.

You definitely should work on it more and give it more of a story and makes the enemies more fixated on destroying your taco stand.

I didn't realise I could have more than 1 at a time, haha.

I'm afraid I didn't get very far here. I pressed G twice and that stopped the rotors, and they would restart but only to a quarter of the speed so I couldn't take off. Then I restarted and when I did take off I hit a tree and landed upside down.

Looks good and nice music though, but I'm not very good at it.

Great work on your submission.

This is a cute little game. Nice graphics and music. The only thing I don't enjoy is the slow start of the bunny, you have to build up speed like you're running on ice, but the rest is great. Love the tutorial too.

I like the mechanic of hiding in the bushes, although one time when I jumped and as I landed I pressed down behind a bush and went through the earth and landed below. Tell me this is some secret rabbit tunnel that I found? If not that will be a great mechanic.

Great job!

Pretty cool game. I enjoyed the graphics and music. It took a few minutes to get used to it but after that I was doing well and surprised that I won haha.

Great work.

Well done on your submission. however I don't know what's going on in the game. it seems to play aim and fire by itself and all I can do is walk. Is there anything else I can do?

Nice work. It would have played better if the firing wasn't automatic gun followed the mouse so that I could run away and fire at the same time.

Graphics and sfx are nice. Some of the text and weapons were cut off on the weapon select screen

Well done on your submission.

Great work. Catchy tune and nice graphics.

I found chapter 6 too hard and couldn't complete it.

The crosshair needs to be a lot bigger and a different colour because its hard to see against the background when there is a lot going on.

But I like the ideas here and the puzzle elements. The ghosts were just too hard to get past.

Well done on your game. nice graphics and sound and music.

Am I supposed to be able to control the fireball? I found if I fired it and turned around so did the fireball, so I would always fire one and keep it flying around until it was needed :)

Well done on your first game. It's a good idea and you should keep expanding on it.

I was surprised when the Kraken took my mast down haha, then I stood on its tentacle and I got lifted up into the water.

Nice one.

I survived for something like 77.0234 seconds, thats very precise :)

Well done for submitting your game but I had the same problem with the overly sensitive mouse. But it wasn't consistent, sometimes it moved fine and other times it flipped out everywhere.

Nice work though, keep building on it.

Good game and challenging. I like how the slowdown worked but I felt that I wasn't damaging the enemies in that mode, I'm guessing this also slowed down my bullets? I lost on the very last second lol. Looks good and sounds good. I liked the music too as it added a nice bit of tension.

Well done.

Well done on your first game, especially doing it all by yourself, I hope you did learn a lot. The sprites are in a nice art stile, would be cool to see them animated like that. I hope you plan to expand on it to add more zombies and weapons and some music and audio.

Very good game! Like a modern version of Missile Command. Love the idea and plays quite easily, I'm just not sure how I can earn money more quickly.

I had a last stand in San Francisco but then eventually got wiped out.

Great aesthetics and enjoyed the music too.

Very well done.
