Wow! I am very impressed by how creative this game was! I didn't expect the RTP look to turn into a game-ception nightmare, and it was super cool throughout! I love the unique mini-games on each "game", and I adore the idea of the devs wanting to do a demonic ritual through these videogames! I was definitely spooked by the atmosphere and enemies that came with 'em (that weird singing was creepy as hell too)! And the fact that this was all made in RPG maker is crazyily impressive! Greatjob for such a unique and well done entry!! <3

Hello oxymoron! And wow! Thank you so much for this very long and detailed feedback of your experience of the game! <3 I am so happy to hear you enjoyed the story and intrigue, and it was indeed my intention for it to feel a bit like a horror/mystery movie on its pacing, so I'm glad you were able to pick up on that. xD <3 I'm also happy you enjoyed the chars and arts of 'em as well! I did my best to convey them from how my vision of the game was making this. I do understand the highlights for interactables can make this a little hand-holdy. xD But yes! I am so happy once again that you enjoyed! Thanks so much for playing! ^^ <3
Wow! This was a very fun yet dark "wholesome" adventure! xD <3 I loved it a lot! The artworks were great like they were from a story book! It seems you have captured a visual aesthetic for this game very well! And I love RPG maker XP! I enjoyed the story a lot! Hugging friends and taking "friendship juice" xD It was funny and kinda creepy at the same time! And how the "friends" turned into more "friendlier" forms! I love the added function of finding hidden items and extinguishing ghosts via field skills. However I did find a few bugs, there was one journal that after reading it, Blobby's bust didn't erase and was still on the screen. xD Overall though, this is a very cool and creepy experience and I loved every minute of it! <3 Amazing job!
Thank you so much Sith_Winchester! I'm happy to hear you enjoyed the dungeon crawler aspect and the story/characters! And haha yeah, I do understand I may have went overboard with the design on some of the monsters (which I already know whom you meant) xD Thanks so much once again for playing! ^^ <3
I just finished playing this and wow! It is a wonderful and haunting experience! I love the arts and the dark abstractness of them! It fits the theme so well! The idea of rescuing a loved one to the depths and experiencing such a creepy and spooky atmosphere was intense! I keep yelling to the hooded hero "stop dropping the rose" xD Which was funny lol! But yeah! Each floor was very creepy and I can see there are meanings behind each floor and how it must reflect the darkness present in the living. I was most especially creeped out by the floor where you cross the lake, as it triggered my Thalassophobia with all the creepy fishes and souls clinging about in the deep. Overall, this is an amazing masterpiece of a dark fairy-tale-like story that I can imagine reading a book about as a child. Amazing job! <3
I didn't expect it was made with RPG maker Unite, so I was pleasantly surprised! You used the assets very well and I love the 3D backgrounds along with the 2D sprites! You made them blend well together. The gameplay is a simple turn-based but it is fun and it works for what it is. I do find the chars a bit lacking, but I won't complain about it much. Also small thing that can be improved is to make the window message more solid and not transparent, as it was sometimes awkward to read the white texts with the char busts behind them. xD Overall though, it is a neat game with nicely usage arts and assets! I also love the dragon monster! Great job! ^^
Thanks so much BroodyGaming! I am so happy to hear you enjoyed the game, the story and arts despite the flaws haha! I do love your input regarding art and how we should not only strive for correctness but also to achieve what you mind sees! I feel inspired by that as a starting artist, so thank you for the wonderful and kind words! But yeah! I'm very happy too that my intention for it to be a short cozy but creepy/eerie mystery horror game hit the mark for you, at least in that aspect! Thank you so much once again, BroodyGaming! I appreciate the comments and words of encouragement! I plan to get to try your game too as well and the other entriesl!! <3 ^^
Hi! I gave your game a try and I loved it! You really nailed the atmosphere for this one! The pixel art and the environment design were sweet! The chase scene with the tentacles was very spooky and I was on my toes trying to juke the guys at the garden. The doggo boss fight was quite intense though and I wasn't able to beat it due to extreme FPS drop on my end (My PC tends to lag on browser based games). But with what I experiences so far, this is a fun and great project! Great job! ^^
Nice! That was a cute game! And I don't know why, but I always find HoneyNut's characters very fun and entertaining in these horror-type games they make. The tropes, the chase scenes, the twists were very fun and I enjoyed 'em a lot! Also nice ending art for the 2 couple xD <3 Great job honeynut and team! <3
Thank you so much once again Berry!! I'm super happy always to know that you enjoyed the game! You have been very helpful to me as well with supporting me, and the feedback/testing!! <3 I'm also very happy that you felt I gave your lovely summon char designs justice with the game with their characterization, as I enjoyed them a lot and integrating them into the game lore!! <3 <3
Hello Dekaytainment! And ohh, I have indeed been thinking of making a huge BlueSkies universe encyclopedia/library soon, maybe in the form of PDF or something, or maybe even a timeline for where each game is year/era-wise. :D <3 For now though, Bugfragged has done an amazing job making tvtropes pages for a lot of my games including the BlueSkies universe games! And they're very informative for the series' lore and timeline order. :D
BlueSkies series summary: https://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/VideoGame/BlueSkiesSeries
(In order of timeline from earliest to most recent)
BlueSkies 1: https://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/VideoGame/BlueSkies
BlueSkies 2: https://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/VideoGame/BlueSkies2
Restoring Falmay: https://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/VideoGame/RestoringFalmay
Heroes of the Seasons: https://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/VideoGame/HeroesOfTheSeasons
Hope these tv tropes pages can also help give clarity about the series! ^^ <3
