It took me a little while to get the hang of it, but once I did, I really enjoyed the game!

Nice job on the in-game tutorial tips! It would have been so much more difficult to understand how to play the game without them. It definitely takes a lot of commitment to get good at, which I like. Overall, I thought the game was fun!

Thanks for the feedback! 🙌 I'm glad you had those awesome moments, in-game. We were hoping to create those "last-minute-save" feelings.

If you play long enough to upgrade your skills, you'll see that the game can play pretty differently as you progress. It also plays very differently if you are playing cooperatively with a friend.  With an extra player, you can split up more and the camera will zoom out to accommodate all three characters, allowing you to see more of the map to find the bed quicker. In single player mode, if you max out all the skills, you can keep the kid in the center of the map, and run to a corner of the map to achieve the same effect. It gets pretty exciting because if the enemy wave starts while you're away, you have to race back to the kid while he tanks a bunch of hits to save him last minute.

If you press (Q) you can use an AOE super power which helps for hitting multiple enemies at once. We originally wanted to add a controls/objective modal in-game but ran out of time and decided to add it to the game page description. The timer just makes every enemy in the level pathfind toward the kid.

I think you did a fantastic job although I'll admit that I also found it very difficult to figure out the controls.

Loved the music and overall aesthetic! Really good use of a simple single game mechanic/interaction; that being said, I would have loved to be able to move the spaceship around.

Ahhh, yeah I totally couldn't push the box for some reason. I suspected the box might need to go on the button platform, but alas my character couldn't move it.

Had a blast playing this game! There was definitely some bugs, but they often times were hilarious or added to the game in their own unique way. Great job!

I couldn't make it past the second level🤦‍♂️, but nevertheless, I loved the concept!

This was super fun. Great job!
