That's actually a quite nice idea. I like the gravity changing but it seems somewhat buggy in some aspects.

That's a cute little educational game :)

Oh, and I just had to think that we couldn't make a Windows version either because we would have to add these DLLs. Oh, this is so unfortunate :(

Yeah, that's the issue. The good thing about a .deb package though is that you can tell APT to install the necessary libraries if they are not installed.

I am sorry for your trouble to play the game :(

Have you installed packages with names like libglew, libsdl2, libsdl2-ttf (or libsdl2_ttf)?
When the rating period of the jam is over I will definitely upload a .deb package. This would make it so much easier.

It's not that hard, you either put it onto a stick and boot from it or the easier method is to just use a VM like VirtualBox.
But I would love to see a bootsector game, I made one a couple of months ago as well.

Here is the link to the official discord server. We can share information about the jam there (like the theme, once announced) or connect with other people that we get to know during the jam.

Here's the inofficial server for the jam.

If there is no official one, I'd create an inofficial one later this day :D

Can we use file compression and does the 1.44MB apply to the game after its compression?

Nice game :D

What can I say? It's probably true :D

This is a hell of a fun game. It's short but truly epic :)

The game is incredibly cool and well made. I just feel dumb to not be able to solve some puzzles but the ones I could solve made me feel smart. So you made a good game for a slightly dumb player :D

As others previously said. The game's idea is quite unique and cool. Personally I think the movement is quite nicely done as well. But I am not exactly sure if there is some feedback coming from the game itself. When these slime covered sword enemies are defeatable or it's at least visible that they are defeatable within a reasonable amount of time then I would say that this game is really nice. Otherwise it's already quite nice.

Thank you for your nice words :)
I let my teammates know about your comment :)

Hopefully you like the game :)

very unique and fun idea, it glitched a little while playing but worked fine overall

We played it as two and we had a lot of fun :)

Great little game but the window is a little too small imo.

Liked the artstyle, gameplay works without bugs for me.

Cute game with a nice basic idea. But now I absolutely dislike penguins. ;)

Nice and simple idea, perfect for a contest like this. We played it through and it has a nice balance of challenge and fun.

Nice piece of game nostalgia, the idea of building your ship with enemies worked great. Unfortunately, I noticed some bugs, one of them allowed me to somehow get a second group of ships. But overall, thumbs up

Your game looks pretty awesome and I think personally that your space theme is goddamn nice.
Sadly it crashed once in the tutorial but my roommate says that it's Unity's fault.
About the real game, it ran apparently too fast on my PC. At least when I compared it to my roommate's one. When it's fast then it's almost Dark Souls in space :). But on their's it's much more enjoyable and makes fun. All in all a nice game :)

Me and my roommates played your game as promised. It is really fun, simple and challenging. You really used OpenGL to its full potential :D

We like the idea and it's fun to solve your puzzles for sure.

It's a nice and funny little game that you made :)

Well done :)
