Love the concept, but wasn't quite sure what to do so I just placed buildings at random.  

This was much more fun than I expected it to be from the description.  The periodic switching of gameplay was delightfully frustrating.  

I really enjoyed the music and the character graphics in this game.   

One really minor suggestion might be to adjust the font size and placement in the introductory section for improved readability and consitency.  

I really like the idea of a fishing game for this jam - really great idea.  I wasn't able to catch any fish.  I'm not sure I hooked any either -  though some disappeared when they got close to the fishing line.  

Great voice acting and a pretty fun little game.  Great job.

It's a good challenge - just when you think you are doing well a low block appears when you are not ready.  Nicely done.
