Amazing for your first game! It has a bit of a learning curve, but it's enjoyable :) The boss fights were done very well! Having aiming and moving both be tied to the mouse felt a bit awkward at times
Absolute BANGER of a game. I've been playing this all day while working my remote job because it's more interesting than listening to whatever is going on in my meetings.
The first level I thought this was going to be a snooze with tedious movement for lining up shots... glad I was proven wrong. Probably the best game jam game I've played when it comes to fluid combat built into such a unique game.
The portals were an interesting mechanic! Would have loved to see the shotgun turrets look a bit different than the regular turrets so I know when I'm about to get 1-shot lol
I think it's an interesting idea with a risk-reward choice of sleeping early to be safe but missing out on getting more money. The art is solid too. I think if you had a bit more time to work to polish up some of the edges it would have done really well!
I'm in the middle of watching The Boys and so I loved this game's setting. I giggled at the death animation and sound lol I couldn't tell if I was trying to achieve a negative score or not, but I was killing a ton of civilians and having a blast :)
Awesome idea for a game, and well executed! Some of the puzzles are pretty brutal, but feels great to figure out. Would be great if there were a way to rotate the camera around the level too.
I downloaded from windows but got the following error when trying to run the .exe: "Error: Couldn't load project data at path ".". is the .pck file missing?"
Good start to a strategy game! Would love an option to skip the dialogue or make it go quicker in the beginning rather than having to wait for it to type out.
