Behold before the true Elbow Licker ! Wonderful idea. I can't feel my right hand anymore and my keyboard will probably remember it for a long time, but it was worth it !

Thanks for your comment ! I didn't know about this scene, it is hillarious ! There is definitely a vibe

I am glad if this game made you smile :). Thanks for your comment!

The inspiration is definitely Miyazaki, but we were more thinking about the Susuwatari  (noiraude in French) from "My Neighbor Totoro". Although I would not be surprised if they made an appearence in Spirited Away :) !

You are right about the difficulty, I didn't have sufficient time for proper testing...

EDIT : After proper research (ahem), you are right They do have a major part in Spirited Away. I don't know how I forgot about it. Anyway, nice catch !

I tested it successfully on another browser. The game is perfectly within the theme and very well executed ! Congratulations on the visuals which look fantastic !

I am happy if you enjoyed it :).

We spent maybe too much time on designing the creatures and the mechanics. In the end, there was little time left for the level design. 3 hours is definitely pretty tight !

The game certainly deserves additional levels with intermediate difficulty.

Unfortunately, I cannot see the graphics on the cards which makes the game unplayable for me. Until I find a solution to play it, I cannot rate it. Sorry, this is most probably an issue with my browser/platform (Chromium/Linux).

EDIT : here is a screenshot in case this helps you

To be honest, it is only on my fourth trial, and after reading the comments that I understood the absorption mechasnism. But once this mechanic is understood, the fun begins !

Thank you for this entry, I really enjoyed it!

If you decide to pursue this idea (which I encourage you to do!), I have encountered some minor bugs, notably after separation. Once I had a ball stuck in a little hole in the wall, although a simple merge-separation unlocked me.

Very interesting, perfectly in the theme and well executed! Now I just want other levels!

It is probably inevitable to have a few bugs on a 3-hours game, especially if you implement physics !

In any case, it does not alter the fun of the game :)

Very neat and fun.

It would be perfect if you could add a 'restart' button, I have been able to lose a triangle into the ground and I had to restart from scratch.

Really amazing, I love the sound effects and the drawings ! We smiled a lot while playing !

I really felt like I was playing on my GameBoy, congrats on the visuals and the sound effects !

Reminds me of a game I was playing on my smartphone back in high school : Great Alchemy. But very well executed !

And congrats on designing each element within the 3 hours dev time !

Very nice game, though the witch's laugh will haunt me for some time!

Very nice, I am amazed you were able to produce such neat visuals in this short amount of time. And fun to play. Congrats !

Nice multiplayer game! Someone already said it, but past a point neither of the player has the time to complete a sequence and it ends with a draw. But otherwise very nice!

That is an interesting idea that fits the theme quite well, and reminds me of Typeracer, which I like very much.

I think it would add a lot if one could use directly the keyboard instead of the mouse (at least I couldn't use my keyboard). And if the laser beam was directed to the appropriate alien spaceship.

Otherwise, the visuals are very cool, especially the aliens!

Sorry for that. I had originally planned to include guidelines within the game, but I ran out of time.  In the end, I added the screenshots to showcase this feature, but I agree this is stil insufficient.

I'm glad you didn't give up, gave it another try, and that you enjoyed it.

EDIT : I added a note in the description

Thanks ! To be honest, the 30 minutes overrun is partly due to the time spent to make these little creatures look cute :)

Thank you, very glad you liked it !
