Good game with interesting mechanics (using different materials) and puzzles of construction. Well done!
The mute button it didn't work for me and it dissapeared in further levels. Also a pause button to change volume would be nice!

Interesting mechanics and well done game! It is actually hard to keep it up!
You should add an skip tutorial button, pause menu and volume changer.
I also had some issue with the display, i had to fullscreen and resize again to play it. When fullscreening, it doesn't fit my entire screen (you should scale it with screen size).
Anyways, nice work!

The game for a Game Jam is absolutely great! One of the best ones i have seen for now.
For me, a tutorial would have been great because I struggled a bit trying to discover how to play (didn't read description).
Some things that would be great too or new ideas:
- Be able to change volume of audio and a menu if you press ESC
- Bigger maps with maybe some puzzling using the companion
Although i think the game is very well done, I don't know how being together (with his friend) makes him stronger. Maybe there should be some kind of improvement if they are together or so (maybe like Link when is full hp with its sword? Extra dmg, some special attack,...?).
Anyways, congratulations, nice work!

Good game! Some issues:
- Hitbox of barrels are a bit bigger than it should be
- An enemy can get out of the map and can't be defeated, making impossible to clear the level
- In-game screen size seems too small and doesn't fit fullscreen
I encourage you to play our game! https://undefinido.itch.io/a-tale-for-food
Good game but for me it doesn't actually fits the theme... Yeah, if you take more of those white characters it gets bigger... but I don't think the game in its current state its about that because it can be cleared without using this mechanic. I think you need to focus on the theme to make it even more interesting.
I also think level-design could be better if It had some puzzling, go me it felt just like pushing random buttons all along.
Just constructive criticism, of coure. Afterall its very well done, good job!
Some bugs/questions:
- Audio in tutorial earrapes or gets glitchy if you "spam" the enter button.
- If you don't use controller, buttons aren't correct and in keyboard are actually annoying.
- If you get all the weapons on the map, do they respawn? I ended up losing them (I don't know how)

I definetely think that with more time and dedication it could be a great experience! Sound is great, but the graphics takes me out of the experience a lil' bit. I think there should be some kind of transitions between scenes because it feels abrupt and some text on the screen feels weird. Also expanding more the duration would be great.
Other than that, good job and keep it up!

Good game, it has good intentions but I felt lack of unique or different attack patterns other than hitting in the right moment. Moreover, its a bit bothersome to click with mouse instead of clicking with Spacebar, for example.
In the map where you get the boots you can go out of the map, there should be some limitation of the map so you can't get out.
But overall it's very interesting how you designed the game and put so much effort in it with all those bible lines. Cheers!
Pretty good game, mechanics are interesting. Maybe an option to let players design their own levels?

Not a bad game after all but there are some issues with movement and switching gravity (you can't do it whenever you want, for example, in mid-air). Level-design could be something similar to Geometry Dash, but needs some polish.
Finally, I don't know why you submitted this game in the Brackeys Game Jam #5 since it's not about the game jam's theme.
I encourage you to try out my game too: https://undefinido.itch.io/a-tale-for-food
Pretty good game, I like the theme a lot! Even though I didn't have any clue when I hit an enemy nor enemies current health. Plus, there are some issues with knights following the player: if you move quicker than them, it is possible that they are left behind in another part of the map.
Anyways, congratulations! Feel free to try our game: https://undefinido.itch.io/a-tale-for-food
Sidenote: good idea to put the game in webgl so they can play it without downloading.
Hi there!
This will be my very first jam after around 1 year of game dev using Unity. I have one serious game using VR done and another multiplayer game I am working on! However I still am learning so my aim is to finish a game in my first jam and have while doing it.
I am looking for a team or people that wants to learn during this game jam. If you are interested, feel free to talk me in Discord -> Undefinido#5810 or to reply this post :)
