okay funny "speedrun on first day thing"

I would have done a 100%, but I need to practice quite a bit more for that one lol

Any% - 50.533s

thank you so much for to-making this game! I love the extra little bits added to the Celeste universe, it made me so happy, and the 3D platforming was... interesting, but still neat!

 Celeste 64 Final Totals

30 berries, 414 deaths, 2h24:37.598

hope the move goes well!

thanks announcer!

hey, thanks! i appreciate that a lot!

i'll be sure to put it there sometime!

The "stage number" screen and the hint showing up after every single death was pretty annoying, but the rest of the game is very neat!

This would make for a very unique rhythm game!

It’s not obvious (oops) but there are a total of 7 flowers to give out - to find the end screen you have to deliver 6 and then go home

And also thanks for the rest of the feedback!

Since my submission is one of the things that'd end up in that ZIP file, I'm wondering what you're going to use it for. There's probably a lot of ways you could use it that at least I'd be okay with, to be honest. I'm just curious.

(Sorry about the double post, something weird happened and I don't know what it was)

I don't know of any, but if you search up like "gb web emulator" or "gameboy javascript emulator" or something like that, you can find a web emulator to link to. I found one a little bit back that you can embed???? but I don't remember where it is at all

70.6 seconds.

Also: adaptive musiccccccc

The size of the viewport makes it very, very difficult to understand anything that's happening. I think that might be an itch.io page setting - if you change it and reply to this comment I'll come back and check it out. Though you might want to ask someone if that's okay. (It's not an asset, it's page design, but it's also after the jam submissions have ended)

Camp Fire. I first saw the name and thought nothing of it but now I think "dude that's freaking smart"

The game's far too easy, not a lot of challenge. But the music is really, really, really good! (it doesn't loop though)

Really neat concept! Definitely a neat challenge.

I do want to mention that the page says to tap A when the fish is done (it should say S), and also that, uh, you can spam A and get infinite fish.

Ooh, that's neat!

GOOD LUCK EVERYBODY!!

I’ve edited the thing for the Lexaloffle version (I can’t access the github.io version right now), so now you can edit your time if necessary.

Sorry for uploading this “early”. really wanted to put it here as soon as i could, that was a bad idea

Hi - I've made a timer for Trijam because why not & I had a bit of free time. It's horribly undertested so don't trust it.

https://wish-22.github.io/time_tri

https://www.lexaloffle.com/bbs/?tid=52690&tkey=naCGiD9UuoWNr0iLM434

There's not any difference between the versions. Not really sure why I even put two versions up.

The left is for the time remaining until submissions close (or until the jam begins), and the right is your timer for creating assets.

CTRL-M to mute, Z to start and stop the timer. If you mess up your timer, you can hit ENTER and use the arrow keys to navigate to Reset Timer. (I should probably make it easier to change the time left at any time)

Trust the timer to save as well as the rest of your browser save data. It'll be better on your computer browser. It'll be even better in PICO-8 if you have that.

It should work okay for every weekend this year. Enjoy! if you want

Hi. I made a timer in PICO-8 because internet timers are bland and I don't know HTML.

(Or how to make a timer on Game Boy for that matter, but we'll just ignore that)

Here's the timer! all the instructions are right there ready to go. Just start it, CTRL-M to mute, whatever.
i'd embed it but i can't embed it

There is a one-frame white screen when the day ticks over. in case that's important

it's not fully tested but i think its ok
I figure it works because the timer matches the one on the jam page

The timer is currently "days until voting starts". The bottom bar is in UTC time. Once voting starts, it becomes a timer for when voting ends.

Good luck everybody :)

thank you for playing it!!

SUB 24!!!!!!!!! GOOD JOB!! i’ll watch the vid later

& hi James & thanks for playing!!!

HOLY FREAKING MOLY THANK YOU. Never thought this game would be this well liked by anyone! Outside my friend group, at least. So happy you love it so much.

And don’t worry, you’re pronouncing my name right ;)

Rooting for you. You’ll get that sub30 and 400+.

(BTW the lighter gray is “gray.” I’ll make that more obvious in the tutorial. I don’t get much color choice here :])

Someday. Maybe. Maybe not. Who knows.

:)

Haa, thanks! Thanks very much!

It started seven months ago, though I assume only half of that was when I was actually doing work… Recreating it from zero, I could prolly do it in 2… and save a bajillion tokens. (bajillion prolly equaling 12)

Lua’s kind to me lol. I think the most maddening thing was whenever I did a really stupid thing and couldn’t find it later. Everything that wasn’t that was actually pretty easy.

Though it was prolly helpful that I added every feature via the equivalent of duct tape, popsicle sticks, and marshmallows.

I am a random individual and I made a game about sorting.

Sort eight colored orbs in groups of 4 to earn as many points as you possibly can because YES.

https://wish-volo.itch.io/orbsort

It's got four gamemodes!

  • Infinite: sort forever
  • Blitz: sort quickly for a high score in a short time
  • Clear: get as many capsules cleared as quickly as you can
  • Knockout: splitscreen multiplayer

It's also got 16 tracks of music (5 casual, 4 tense, 2 KO) totaling over 30 minutes. Which I'm also giving out the .mp3s of them for free :D

It's also got a little bit of contrast assistance. It's there.

You can also change the combotimer length and the orbcount with no penalty :)

So yeah, check it out if you want.

Please.
