Tasteful minimal graphics, nice sounds and fun gameplay (most important in a game). Exploding red blocks are cool. My favorite entry so far.

Ima just continue making games, "big" and small. I'd like to switch to Godot, but I'm so used Gamemaker(Studio 1) which does everything I need. I'd rather spend my time making games than learning a new engine. I would like to incorporate more of my hand-drawn art more instead of pixelart. Genre-wise I'm all over the place, and sometimes think it would be better to concentrate on one, but nah.
I just release my games for free on the Playstore. If I ever see a game of mine getting 100 000 downloads then I might reconsider.
Had to update my games to a newer API recently, and yes it is way more cumbersome than it was the first time I put my games up there. Don't know if I'll ever do that again.
All my APKs are also available on itch of course. Never tried other stores like Amazon and Huawei, maybe should check those out.
DOWNLOAD (version 0.66) with new plasma weapon and shield.
This is where you configure your mech. Your last score = money for your next mech.
Do you have what it takes to engage in mechanized warfare?
Well then have a shot at the early development version 0.33!

After playing computer games for over 2 decades, I was playing GTA1 again and really enjoyed the mayhem, but the framerste is locked to the gameplay at 20 fps, which really sucks for such a fast game. And I found no fixes on the internet other than widescreen fix.
So I thought I could make a GTA-clone running at smooth 60 fps, shouldn't be that hard. After searching "game making software" (guess which game-engine I started with!) it turned out that a GTA1-like isn't as easy as I estimated, especially for sum1 who never programmed before.
Nevertheless I started making a simple game - a (very unique) brick-breaker - and after that I couldn't stop making games, it felt like my calling and I wanted to make games unlike those I played in the past.
Now a decade later of making games, I still have that GTA1-like project in the drawer and plan to do sth interesting with it soon.
