Can we use asset alternatives to built-in engine features? Like Unity has VFX graph but I want to use Amplify Shader Editor instead, even though the latter is an asset. Or GPU Instancer (asset) instead of Unity's built-in GPU instancing.

Managed to open it :) And wow it's like a full game. All the npcs are interactable, graphics look great. Couldn't find Abigail for wood-chopping; I looked everywhere, even in the woods for her :( Awesome that you finished this in a week.

This is by far the most underrated game. Very good use of the theme and decent graphics/audio. Couldn't get past the 3rd level though b/c I kept getting stuck in the wall lol.

Nice first game, the jumping section was fun. Anything after it? Pixel art and dark theme is good.

Combat feels good and challenging but I keep respawning in a closed room. Nice pixel graphics and sounds.

Health bar at the bottom right. Also represented by the circle at their feet, though that's harder to see.

On my computer, the character speed is so high that one button press launches the character off the screen and crashes the game lol. Perhaps you forgot to multipy speed by Time.deltatime for position?

I spent way too much time on this game. Nothing happens after 100% on the last evolution :(

Great puzzler. Any hints on getting past lv 8? I think I just missed something...

Great message, especially after playing it a second time.

Cool premise. I couldn't finish the game after three tries b/c the character kept floating up past the ceiling (some collision issue?) and/or the camera turned upside-down lol. You could try a zoomed out cam that follows but doesn't rotate with the player. The graphics and amount of 3D models is great for a 1st game.

Any chance you have a PPT file available like earthworm sally's game (Mihindicta)? I'm afraid if I download PPT 2010, it'll break my current PPT, idk

You can do anything in Unity :) Sky's the limit.

Powerpoint game?? Wow. Hillbilly ending ez life. Felt like I was watching South Park x GTA

Ow :D

Cool art. Amazing ending animations. Enemy hitboxes are a bit large and the sprinting feels slightly delayed though that might be me; RMB to sprint is an option.

Chill game. What game engine you use?

Two issues:

1. You making me want Popeyes even though I just ate.

2. I had to restart the browser bc my 1080 Ti struggling with all that fried egg lying around.

Good graphics, confused about the gameplay. Like the boss slime, I was shooting at it for a minute straight and nothing happened. Some doors don't have the popup come up for a while. Also, the starting gun didn't seem to do damage to regular slimes sometimes (some kind of range limit?). The graphics and gameplay elements are all there, just a bunch of small tweaks would make this game easily #1, including: less floaty jump, less shaky cam, no slo mo from pet kills (especially off screen), etc. The gameplay/graphics reminds me of Gungeon and there's a lot of potential with weakening the player to make the game harder as you progress :)

Amazing graphics but I think you can reduce the texture sizes, not sure if many people want to download 400 MB. Also, am I just terrible or are the enemies insanely tough? They kill me in like 1s after I upgraded armor like 5x. I'm strafing like crazy too.

Nice graphics fidelity and animations for a Unity game; 3D is hard! I think I got to the giant last level and got lost lol. Managed to get 6-ish altars. Combat could be more interactable; even something like RMB for a split-second block (with short cooldown) would make it more challenging.

Reminds me of Gungeon, Isaac, etc. Boss felt good. I sometimes got stuck at walls and can't seem to get a constant bow speed. Great game overall.

Couldn't figure out how to close the credits scene. Cool concept with eyes closed. For jumping, I guess you could play a specific sound if the player gets close to an area where they should jump.

Does character health fall constantly from hunger? I've only found 1 health pack from 3 play throughs so I die of hunger every time:( Also there needs to be a pause menu. Since it's a zombie game, maybe the drone needs to be faster since I want to be shooting most of the time. Cool concept. I like the realism.

Finished it yeeeee. Transition b/w levels was neat. Sticking the landing from a high jump while dodging a spike feels great. I'd appreciate it if you rated my game.

I got 12/14, then I died :( Controls good, though there's a bit of slip. Otherwise, I like how many parts of the level are reused as you traverse to the furthest corners. Timer cooldown and placement is perfect; had a lot of clutch moments < 1s getting to a timer. Great game. I'd appreciate it if you rated my game.

It's challenging, though sometimes impossible? Like room for the ball the bounce against the wall would be on the upper-most corner. I'd appreciate it if you rated my game.

IN BETWEEN effect so funky :D I'd appreciate it if you rated my game.

Do you see it in the VimJam entries?

Managed to open one chest but kept dying to the middle section with the spikes lol. Couldn't figure out how to get to the upper chest.

I actually made it. I get to go home now. :D Didn't see this game in the Vim Jam submissions page?

MUCH less laggy copy here (x4 the FPS on my desktop): https://yungshizzle.itch.io/all-swords-backup

Oh, if you're far away from any planets (like 1 km, whole system is 50 km), enemy spawns drop to 0. Existing enemies will stop chasing after you're far away too

Got to 500+, then game-play started to be repetitive. Cool intro and controls are solid.

couldn't figure out the last room, got the other two. Cool take on the theme. Art and music go well together.

finished the game, 2nd level imo was harder than the last. each level is basically two with the rewind feature, very cool. The afterimages are helpful to show the future position during rewind

Cool prefabs and chill atmosphere. Seems somewhat arbitrary when the bartenders will leave the door unguarded. couldn't get the key since there was a guard in the same room staring at the door the whole time. Time rewind didn't move the guard. Am I missing something?
