Nice entry for the hard mode challenge! It perfectly fits the theme image! This also remind me the Tower Bloxx.
I feel the games is not too hard before Level 6, and then Level 9 is dramatically hard because of the wind.
I used 325 blocks and almost finished Level 9. My heart was broken when the three towers fell as dominoes XD

The game is hard fun and the design is very interesting. It is satisfying to improve skills by repeatedly trying. I feel I'm a PRO platformer now!
Haven't figure out how to hold on the the sticky circles. I think it says pressing A or E.
Also found that jumping from edges maybe ignored sometimes.
I don't know if it's possible, but if there are some checkpoints player may could be more encouraged to reach the end.
Simple idea but well-executed! It's interesting that the "unstable" comes from construction.
The UI was a bit confused at the beginning, but then I understood that a queue of blocks to drop.
The countdown display is raw but acceptable. I don't know if it's feasible to be shorter for those levels which are easy to pass.
Besides, it maybe useful if a button could be provided to exit current level.
The black/white fits the hard mode challenge and it could be a mobile game with polished graphics.

An interesting strategy is attracting enemies to attack themselves.
The most of tutorial icons are understandable once playing. One thing I'm not sure is how to get that 25 points until I incidentally saw the collision of bullets.
The overheat state could be more clear but it's not a problem as we can know the constraints are half circle.
I don't know the meaning of that bar at the bottom of screen. Maybe an indicator of two colours?
