Thanks! Feedback on impact is missing due to lack of time - I'll add it in an updated version after the rating ends.

Simple, yet interesting. Also a great way to incorporate the theme. Could really use some sounds/music, though.

A good looking game with an interesting mechanic. I didn't really like the music - it didn't really fit the gameplay, also after a while (after around 10 waves) the game becomes very repetitive (maybe you could add more enemies?), but overall it is a good game. And unleashing the barrage of bullets is so satisfying!

Now that's a true bullet HELL! Can become impossible very quickly if you're not careful. Great idea, simple yet decent visuals. However, having some sounds or at music would make it a lot better.

Really interesting mechanics, although it took me a while to notice how the time works. I really like the visual style of the game.

Regarding possible improvements:

  • the game could use a fullscreen option - I often accidentally clicked outside the window
  • I'd like to have a mode where you could select just one minigame to play repeatedly (e.g. to practice it)

The game is missing 2 things - sound effects and any kind of tutorial. There is also a bug - bullets from enemies entering the screen do not collide with the player. Otherwise it's a decent game with interesting enemy movement pattern.

I've already rated yours.

A fun little game with nice visuals. Things I don't like about the game are that once you start the game there doesn't seem to be any way to pause it/close it, that it isn't explained that you're supposed to go somewhere and that the sounds are a bit too loud. But overall a great game, especially given the short development.

Thanks!

Let's call the monitors A and B (A is the "bad" one)
Both are 24", Full HD (1920×1080), 60Hz, A has 1ms response time, B has 6ms response time, A has higher contrast.

Are either of them HDR?

No

My main issue with the visuals is how "noisy" it is when moving (great example is the ground/sand at the beginning) - pixels are "flashing" very quickly between colors which is not pleasant to look at. (This seems to also be affected by the screen/monitor - I have 2 and on 1 it is much worse than on the other one)

Great concept, but seems a bit too hard

Really cool concept, great execution!

Thanks!

Not really a fan of the visual style (kind of hurts my eyes to look at), but I still had so much fun playing it! Great job 👍

A standard bullet hell with good visuals and interesting audio. The only thing keeping it from being a great game is the laggy movement of enemies.

I like the idea of keeping one enemy alive. The only thing I don't like is that the music is the only audio in the game - some sound effects would make it a lot better.

Thanks :)

And I agree that there should be some impact sound, generaly the sound effects could be better, unfortunately I didn't have time for that

How? itch.io doesn't allow uploads.

Edit: For now I added dropbox link to the fixed version to the description

Accidentaly uploaded a build with multiple bugs in the menu, can I upload a hotfix?

Wow... I just got to the ending... And all I can say is that the game was just amazing. Thank you for this awesome game, it's great story and all the emotions that came with it.

If it is still relevant (or for anyone else who has this problem): Go to the folder with the game, there is 1 exe file (the installer) and a folder with the actual game. Open that folder and run Erayu.exe
