Hello, just wanted to ask how everyone else usually generally play this game (generally in the open world mode).

I'm having trouble thinking of and sticking to a dedicated playstyle, like as a warrior, I should generally be the one dominating with my strength then giving those that I deem to be worthy a good fucking or vice versa (with exceptions such as getting fucked good by the wolves through force or whatever willingly or not). I'm having trouble deciding whether to just fuck practically everyone as the nature of the game but kinda goes the warrior's code if you ask me, depends.

Anyway, any ideas/tips please?

Personally I really like doing full 1 virginity runs , which imply defeating everyone up to the dark knight without losing or leveling up once (exception made of the minotaur who I can't defeat for the love of me without leveling up strength). Best tip I can give you is to generally play it on the defensive until your enemy catches their breath and you can land some damages, unless they hit like a truck , in which case , alternate your defense and attack to match their upcoming moves. Also , scentless lets you avoid the forced fucking of the werewolves.

Interesting, oh and thanks for the tip about the werewolf, never really thought about that.

Trying to be as lore friendly as possible, as far as what the public build gives anyway and my personal standards. As somewhat muscle brained warrior with an ass fetish, I admire those with strong and gallant figures (E.g. Centaurs). Fucking those that I deem to be worthy: with the former fucking the ass of those I best in battle if given the chance, the latter getting fucked in the ass willingly albeit reluctantly (depends) when loosing a battle given there is an option or not. With the exception of getting surprised fucked or forced fucked (e.g. werewolf) were in I will try to get some payback if I can or try to avoid or foolishly go after my target of "revenge" knowing what's waiting for me. As someone who generally leans to being the dominant one but secretly likes to get dominated, just not openly at first.

On that premise, it's been a bit of challenge deciding who to fuck or not, setting aside getting fucked whether you want to or not. As the monster girl's practically all have monster dongs, yeah, I'm barely scraping by with my warrior, lmao. I also am at a bit of disadvantage as I try to live up to what I deem to be the way of the warrior which is really just trying to force my way through my enemies and doing somewhat dumb decisions like being tactless.

Either go Bottom, Switch or Top. Tops protect their buttholes. Then you start learning the combat system.

Jump in, read the skills and fiddle about. Don't feel worried about save-scumming. It's a good way to practice the systems.

Never really knew there was a build like that, I'm generally all over the place. I don't know most of what's exactly going on with the sex mechanic except that well, its sex.

I play a thief. Not to steal (which seems like a 50/50 regardless) but so I can max my AGI, and wear down my foes with stability-damaging moves before dominating.  Somehow, playing this way, I can remain an anal virgin unless I get a game over; and sometimes it straightup fails. However staying an anal virgin bars you from having the bow, so every encounter that I cant avoid fighting is quite a duel. I dont buy anything except food (which I wish was more accessible) and the occasional med supply to save on food. When I get into a fight, I start a chain of blocks and parries until the enemy is unstable, then I slide to knock them down. If I'm flaccid, this is my chance to face sit and get hard. Then I let em get up so I can work their HP down and drain their stamina.

And then I buttfuck em. Sometimes I do this many times in a loop so I can buttfuck em a lot. I really wish there was more art for topping, but I know what this game is about~

Interesting, I've tried to play as a thief for a bit before.

Trying to follow tradition and in game context. My character basically likes to play tricks, being underhanded, avoids direct fights but will go or approach wherever seems to have some sort of treasure or so. I basically steal but maybe buy something from time to time and playing it safe for a bit before doing so. Not sure how the chances and modifiers if any at all with regards to stealing but I'm just trying to wing it as I go...I've been caught a few times now and when that happens, I spend a few days outside in the wild before going into the town and playing it safe for a bit then doing it all over again.

I'm trying to properly role play as best as I can but I admit that it is pretty tricky with how the game itself is. I wish the thief started with a dagger instead or like have the option to get one. So far, I don't think that's an option in the game.

I believe that you do start with a dagger. It's just terrible and is only good for the bleed damage you'll almost never notice. I go and buy (or steal) a rapier, which is a way way better dagger. And then go and pick fights in the local area until I'm rich and-or bold enough to acquire shoes and a good shield. Then I leave the local area.

I fight with the intention of countering and I take shots when they either fall or I find time to trip them. When you get used to it, it'll seem like it's easy, but 60 hp is as much as you're gonna have for a very long time and sometimes, you being quick and perceptive isn't enough against a good ol' one-shot. So you're right in picking your battles. I often avoid a fight I know I CAN win just because I know how much food it'll cost me to heal and the RNG related to starvation is unkind.

I haven't been playing as much recently so not sure if it was a dagger or short sword but as far as weapons go, yeah, buying or stealing from the local shop is usually better even with the cheapest one as long as you get the right weapon.

I don't know how you can get rich as from my experience, you don't have much option of getting gold except finding some occasionally out in the wild but not much. I think as what the game is generally about, selling the player character is the only way of getting a stable income.

Haven't really encountered any one-shot battles yet or getting remotely close to starvation on my part. I'm either doing something right or wrong, lmao. Anyway, neat to have heard of your in game experiences.

Oh and as far as healing go, I think I just either go rest in the town or camp outside though I haven't noticed how much camping out would cost if any at all, I'll take note of that next time now that you mentioned starving.

The problem with being a thief is that you never have too much food, unlike, say, a ranger, who seemingly doesn't have food problems at all. It used to be that I could farm bits of money from encounters like Ogres, but now I can only get money from finding things like caches and artifacts, and usually get by by stealing sometimes. I must say, it makes a whole lotta sense, but as a thief, I face starvation pretty often. if Silajam had more food readily available, it'd be much different story. (Again, though, I also rest more often than I heal).

I started trying to learn how to succeed as a Ranger, and it seems like that class has food for weeks. I dont know for sure yet if Rangers have this problem, but I hardly have to even think about food as a Ranger--especially compared to the thief. And I put up with the struggle enough to get my thief to 25 before I stop and await  the next update.

I just remembered, I never run out of food as a warrior rather. Never got that far with the thief yet so, I really am not sure.

Haven't really gotten that far yet, I'm still not done with the first area though I got a peak of the second area which was the marsh I think or something? I presume that there are multiple areas still that I haven't reached yet. So far, I've played a bit of warrior, thief, then enchantress.

The ranger, thinking about it, I think it kinda makes sense that it always has a surplus of food? As it is generally a class adept to the wilderness or something like that. I imagine it just finding berries and hunting game here and there or so.

I personally struggle to find my own playstyle. Going for strength / warrior seems to be the easiest to overpower opponents altho I prefer to play classes like Thief or Enchanter where I can max out charisma. I guess the reason is I am still working on unlocking gallery and most of that means being a sub. Problem with that is you are eventually going to max out 'red' skills like blowjob master, anal lover etc a this leads to absolutely random game overs (yesterday on ironman i was really far and all of a sudden I got a game over when i rejected buying food from merchant in random humanoid encounter) - disappointing.

Same, though having trouble with the strength/warrior build, well as far as my roleplay goes anyway. I'm trying to stick to the game's class lore and making mine fit with it, all I can say is that I'm a bad muscle brained adventurer. As for Thief and Enchanter, I also prefer them: Thief as far as I've played (Just a bit beyond the first town) is interesting to roleplay though as far as the lore goes, I try to tend to avoid fights which is a bit borish and not that good as far as playing goes. For the Enchantress, yeah, with my experience with it (not that far but pretty obvious) you'll get a lot of game overs trying to roleplay that, I try to set a specific goal or standard to help fix that a bit, like just going for a certain mob/s or so instead of trying to go for them all.

In any case, this is a nice game, a bit wonky here and there but it is a hentai game is it? and still in development so it is to be expected.

My playstyle is edit the save file. Tell myself I'm going for X playthrough. Then find myself giving into either the warlock Alma or the Merchant and reloading only to give in again.. and again... And again

I avoid doing that. I like doing the Iron Man Mode, you've only got one life and have to live with the consequences of your choices for the rest of the playthrough. To each our own.

Generally, I go as an enchanter. Stat increases to Agility, Perception, some Magic, and some Endurance. The idea is to hit every event possible and get every spell (Paralyse is nice) while being incredibly effective in combat. In the end, I manage to pull in 9 (base 7) Strength, 7 Endurance, 10 (base 8) Agility, 10 (base 8) Perception, 8 Magic, 11 Charisma. Combined with the right skills (Parry, Armor Crusher, Overrun, Wristshot), those stats allow me to control the combat efficiently. Likewise, with Seduce, and my Charisma, I'm able to control my target's lust with laughable ease. As a result, I can win fights with little if any effort. Or I can lose them as quickly as I want.
