So I have been doing all the research I could about indexing something I made, https://jonzye.itch.io/the-executioners-outhouse, and I figured I'd go with my last resort to post here since I haven't yet been able to contact someone about this issue through the support system.

I can confirm that the page is public, that none of the public access settings are turned on and as far as I know the NSFW tag is not currently on. And even if it was tagged so by a moderator I can also confirm that I have NSFW search enabled so I at least should be able to find it.

I just wanted to make sure that my tabletop adventure didn't have anything wrong with it that I wasn't aware of or if there was a step I am overlooking. I know that first time paid products are subject to review by an actual person and that this can take longer than the 24 hours mentioned in the FAQ relating to this issue, but I uploaded this almost 17 days ago and contacted support about 3 days ago, yet still when I search Executioner's Outhouse, Executioner or just Outhouse it doesn't come up.

I just want to see if this issue can be dealt with before I upload any other paid projects.

Thank you for your time and I hope to hear from you guys soon.

It probably took longer because it's your first paid project, and support can seldom handle a ticket so quickly. If the problem persists after the weekend, reply to my post and I'll give it a bump.

I can understand that things are slower than normal but I’m sure after 2, now 3 weeks of no indexing, and now a full week after my initial request for support on this matter hasn’t gotten a response you could forgive me for resorting for inquiring about the issue in the forum.

Either way just so I am clear the issue is just that the review que is very slow? And that if an issue is found after said issue I will be informed about it? I just want to make sure I have all my info since the last thing I want to do is find myself in a situation where a paid item I make can’t be indexed and I just assume it’s still in review limbo.

Either way I appreciate your patience and your response and I apologize if it sounds like I am being short. I can very much empathize with dealing with mitigating the expectation that the review process “takes about 24 hours”

We seem to have the same problem with our game not being indexed, even after 3+ weeks. Also no reply on our request for support, but that was sent only just before the weekend. Please post a follow-up if you do get any response (or a clarification on why the delay happens).

I mostly want to make sure that the issue isn't something on my end. Like I get it, a large influx of submissions can slow down the process significantly but since the only feedback I can get is searching my game myself it's hard to tell if the game still isn't indexed due to it being slowed down or if I am missing some obvious step along the way.

Assuming you mean Pushle, I gave it a bump too. Again, sorry for the delay.

The review queue is sometimes slow, but when it takes so long, it probably means the game got stuck there. I gave it a bump now. Sorry for the delay.

On my humble opinion, if things are getting harder to handle by a small team, you should consider hiring some persons to tackle these issues.

I don’t see any issues with your page at this time. Closing this topic since we don’t want to include others to hijack topics with their own account issues.
