HEAVYGRIT Ltd. is an independent video game development company specialising in pixel art styled games, inspired by classics such as Monkey Island and Day of the Tentacle. We aim to tap into the growing market for retro-inspired games while offering a fresh, modern take on the genre. Our first major project will be a graphic adventure game based around a cast of misfits within a unique and nostalgic Americana setting. 

We're small and new and constantly learning and would love to have you be part of our community. We're running on passion for games and even though we're unable to pay individuals, we're hoping to work on cross-promotion and launch our KICKSTARTER which hopefully everyone can benefit from. No matter what your experience, we would love to hear from you!

Hey! I'm an Australian composer and sound designer looking for some cool projects to work on, I've been writing music for many years and have access to some of the best recording studios in South-East Queensland as well as talented session musicians (if your project has the budget for that).

Attached are some of my recent works and portfolio's but I'd recommend giving the "My Name Is Omar" soundtrack a listen, it was written for the OST #7 composing jam with everything made in about a week. Otherwise there's the "Kitchen Hand" music, which scored in the top 4 out of 521 entries (0.8%) for audio recently in the Game Off 2024 jam. For sound design check out "Bucket Head" where I was responsible for many of the environmental and special sounds. All of these are linked in the portfolio.
