Hey everyone, I recommend trying the PayPal option. PayPal lets you pay directly without credit card without having an account is most regions. Since they’re a different card processing company they may be able to accept your transaction.
Also, if you try to make a payment with credit card, it gets rejected, but you still see a payment on your statement: That’s a hold from the attempted purchase, but since the purchase was not completed those funds will automatically be returned to you. This means you did not purchase the bundle, so if you’re trying to buy the bundle while it’s still available I recommend you look into why your card got rejected or try another card.

You should have been emailed a purchase receipt if the payment completed successfully where you can access you downloads. Alternatively, if it’s connected to your account you can access it here: https://itch.io/my-purchases/bundles

I don’t see any failed payment attempts from our end with your account, so it’s likely something else is going on. Maybe you have a browser extension enabled that’s interfering with how the page works.
