Nice concept and the graphics are neat. Also probably would be a lot of fun to play with friends. Major complain the mechanic of placing blocks seems to not work very well and that is super frustrating as it is the main way to be able to move up on the map.
Interesting prototype, but I'd say it needs balancing for less players, especially since they cant move the heavy block on their own or excavate enough for the large orb under the time limit.
Very interesting and cool game! But, what should you do when you die? And placing blocks mechanic didn't work perfectly. Althought, its a good idea with good graphics. you can play my game if you want: https://itch.io/jam/-pixel-game-jam-2024/rate/2718966
Dying actually got cut about halfway through development along with exposed lava blocks.
Thanks for your note, we did the best we can, and if we continue to work on this i'm sure it'll get ironed out.
I'll check it out!
Don't worry! Good luck with the rest of the game!
very very interesting usage of multiplayer features there
I love this jumping sound
also really ambitious
I feel the movement could have a bit more friction though my character feels a bit like soap on water
Thanks for the praise and helpful critique!
Interestingly enough, this is less than a third of our original planned features. Luckily our team made some smart calls about what and when to cut... that helped define the core experience.
Very cool concept! Love the dwarfs animations.
Thanks brotha! It took a lot of work (and saving out), but splitting the legs/body/weapon into different layers, and then accounting for the 13 angles you can aim definitely felt like it paid off. Thanks for the appreciation!
Great graphics and use of multiplayer
Thanks! It definitely came at great effort
Great art work. Great sound. Nice feeling control. Solid entry.

Thanks man, took a ton of hard work. We all loved the way the sounds and the character control came out as well. Cheers brotha!
Really nice idea, I like the pixelart a lot!
Thanks so much! We worked really hard on this.
I had a great time making the art, I'm glad you enjoyed!
