Banger track, amazing vision on sfx and just overall a cool idea for a speedrun platformer! I really like playing through it all!
One little “improvement”, if you are not familiar with the term, Coyote Time is an amazing QOL change for every platformer game! (let’s you jump for a few frames after leaving a platform, named after Wild E. Coyote!)
Very well done (if you have the time, would be an amazing PICO-8 game as well!).
Give me a download even if only for a couple of bucks please!
Great vibe to this, with the fitting music and graphics ! It was a bit too difficult for me, maybe if I played it on a Game Boy I'd be able to do better :)
While I def get the intent behind the slippery controls considering I'm controlling a vehicle, it's honestly a bit frustrating to control especially when I'm tasked to do semi-precision platforming with a loss condition other than the time limit. There's also a bit of a delay from when I press jump to when I actually jump, and I find it that I can't actually jump immediately after touching the floor, and I have to wait a little.
The movement aside though I think the aesthetic and music in this game were fantastic, and the way it's all framed around the theme of the jam is fantastic as well! If the controls were tightened up a bit more then this would definitely be a top tier jam entry because everything else really really works wonderfully!
Hey the presentation is great and the title as well, I failed 17 times, nice music and graphics, the end cutscene is nice( I was waiting to see if the 8 leave and they did), im not sure if theres coyote-time in the game I found myself falling quite often trying to jump close to the ledge. Very cohesive game, good job

I think you did a great job with this project, it looks great! I was getting frustrated with the controls but I kept trying.

I struggled a little bit with the controls, but this was fun!
Really nice polished experience :) Controls were a bit finicky but it was fun to play!
