this is really really cool and super smooth demo. The camera work is great and the snapping feels so cool and spider-like. There are moments where I get heebiejeebies because its so spider-like.
I think the only thing thats messed up is gravity in some cases. oh and the saves dont work.
congrats on the release, indeed a W
Hi, nice spider controller! One year a go I tried to do one myself and failed miserably as I knew barely any coding stuff at all. You made me want to try it again :333. Amazing job with this one, you should develop it even further.
Good luck with it, it was very cool playing around with it <3333
this spider controller is probably the most impressive character controller i've seen in this jam so far. i wish i know how to do something like this, it's super cool to just mess around with the spider physics, and not to mention the webs! the webs were a super awesome addition to the game too! i really like this one, it has a ton of potential for the future.
I'd love to see you expand on this! Cool stuff
How did you come up with this... This is really so cool. I had to stop at the spheres because I wasn't sure how to proceed (and got motion sick lol) but I would love to see this developed further!

Really good spider animation, is it procedural?
Thanks! And yes it's procedural, just a basic ik setup though.
the character controller for this is actually incredible good job
I love how the spider controls and moves. This plays like a really solid tech demo, has a lot of potential.
Cool idea!
Woow, cool player controller. If you like procedural animations, I suggest to check "Synthetic Selection" devblog. May inspire on something.
Also, for the future, there is not a single reason not to include ambient in your game)
Here a few resources, that can help you with that in future: link link
very cool idea and execution. i love the sticky spiderlegs. i did lose orientation a lot though.
Weird look, no sounds, but controls feel funny.
