The art is extremely charming, and after a few shaky steps of not knowing anything I think I did not terribly?  I feel like I understood everything except for the zap barriers (the rabbits can just run across them) and gauging what the customers want, at the end I was just handing out rabbits regardless of preference.  Overall, I think I enjoyed the experience of learning how to manage the rabbit shop.  I recorded my playthrough, I hope it helps!

Thanks for playing, I'm glad you enjoyed it. The videos are very helpful. Sorry the barriers were broken, they've been fixed starting from Version 15.

Hey. I played your game as part of a Demo Day stream. If you didn't catch the stream live, here's a link to the video:

You can see my other demo day 46 streams as well on my channel.

I did not play for very long because I had no idea what I was doing. The art style for this game is very cute, and I appreciated having a button to highlight interactable objects, though I think they could have been designed better from the get go to make it more obvious you can click on them.

Developer

Thanks for playing, the store button has been updated starting from Version 14.

I don't really understand. I bought a ton of what I'm assuming is food and waterbowls, and seemed to have sold some Rabbits after fiddling about clicking on random buttons for a while. Some customers seemed happy, some didn't, but still payed me a lot of Money. Ran out of Bunnies after a while.

Some pieces of Food or Water or whatever had small blinking numbers(?) next to them. Couldn't figure out what they mean. In general, couldn't figure out what anything means, I don't speak whatever Language that is.

Sorry.

Developer

Thanks for playing. The blinking things are shop tags that stay on items until they are paid for, hopefully they look less like numbers now. The amount customers pay has been adjusted starting from Version 7.

There were some rabbits, I sold about half a dozen of them. The customers seemed meh about the rabbits I sold, but its fine because I was also meh about the rabbits. Would be nice to see the customers enter the shop in the future. Even just a door opening animation and their sprite appearing in front of the counter would be an improvement. Having to sit in the rabbit screen to get customers to show up is a bit weak. The dead silence also makes the whole affair kind of comical in a way.

Visually its quite pleasing and the customers have some nice aesthetic for the 30 frames they spend on screen. The concept of a store were you sell rabbits to produce better rabbits is a good one.

Developer

Thanks for the feedback. The rabbits and sound effects will be better in future versions, but the door opening and customers visiting while in the shop has been added starting from Version 7.

not sure why you decided to make it so cryptic... you'll need better icons to represent actions because right now its a puzzle game/iq test. i bought all the foods and put it on the pen but still not sure if they have preferences or not. not sure if there is any effect in splitting them with the lasers, no matter what i tryed, i could not get the bunnyes to change their stats. 'hapyness' 1 and the other stats on 2. i figured out that one of the toggle icons is their sexes. some of them seems to be hybrid or children, not sure. but also not sure if this was having any effect on how they reproduce. i saw two similar bunnyes either fighting or playing, so i was once again not sure if i should split them or put them together. luckily the clients(lol) dont seem do care about the bunny condition and only how long i keep them waiting

Thanks for playing, I hope you found it fun overall. It's not meant to be cryptic but it is a not-Earth shop. The stats need fixing; the rabbit happiness should be dependent on how much they eat (70% hay, 20% veg, 10% fruit) and other rabbit stuff.

Developer

The rabbit stats should be fixed starting from Version 6.

Genuinely no clue wtf is going on.

I tried the Tab hint from the game page which seems to highlight some UI elements. Guessing from the cryptic font I suppose the player isn't supposed to understand what's going on.

Developer

The tab thing was added to highlight interactive objects (like in isometric RPGs in the hope that it would help those players out) but the UI could be made more intuitive. Thanks for playing.

No idea how to play this game. Instructions would be nice. It looks good and I can somewhat understand I'm supposed to be running the shop or taking care of the rabbits.

But I still don't know how to play.

Developer(+1)

Thanks for trying. Part of the game is trying and figuring things out.
