Track description | Creative process
I took a lot of time thinking about which sounds to use for this one. In the end I had three experiments which sounded pretty cool and fused them into one track. I imagined the underground to be a scary and dark place with an ominous atmosphere - that is how I always felt about it when I played Super Mario Bros on my Dad's NES.

I like your chord choice. Nice stereo separation on the drums. Cool track.
First off, cool thumbnail gif! You got a pretty cool vibe going with all rhytmic/percussive stuff, and I really liked the little whole tone bridge with the cool backing sounds/texture between the first 2 sections. Nice one!
Very interesting take, from the submissions I've heard its one of the few that does something quite different from the OST while keeping an high credibility. I guess it comes down to the harmonic choices but also some sort of lightness from the drums + electronic piano and the scattered melodic cells.
I am flattered, thank you very much for your comment :)
This is really cool. Cool scales and rhythms to start off, with nice SFX in the back. Atmosphere executed wonderfully. Great work!
Very creepy, and the percussion has the Aphex Twin-ish vibes to it! Amazing job!
Good track ! I like the rythmic ideas and pattern you used, give a groove feeling, but discrete. Special mention to the whole tone scale you used at 0:58, suprised me in a good way :D Good job !
Thanks a lot for your comment - cool that you recognized the whole tone scale :D
This is the best eerie cave vibe i've hear so far. Very interesting listen.
Interesting percs motif, very unique. You really got the ominous vibe especially at 0:48, very creepy. Overall texture felt underground too, good job.
