How does your game represent "Power"?
The power in that project is shown as a speeding lightning, collecting lightning and becoming faster

If I didn't read the comments, I also would have assumed the game was broken. More does need to be added to let the player know what they are doing. My suggestion is to either make a background image or use a royalty free image instead of just green. But don't let that be discouraging, this is more than what many people will ever do when it comes to game dev. Keep at it!

After reading the comments, I held W for a long time thinking I was just moving slowly. Then I realized it was arrow keys controls! I like that you can go in pretty much any direction and still find lightning. It didn't feel like I was spending all of my time hunting, and I got excited when I saw a bunch of lightning together lol

This game seems to be broken!

hi! the game is not broken, the first seconds of the game the character moves very slowly, and the lightning assets are very small, so it seems so run longer then you will see lightning, it was my mistake not to add objects that will show that the character is moving

Hello! Wasn't able to play this - the game doesn't do anything except have the main character stay still on the screen while a number in the top right goes up.
