I like the movement mechanic brings the theme to life and the music is lovely

Developer

All credit for music goes to Daniel Docherty. Thanks for playing and commenting!

I got caught up on puzzle 8, initially what to do was not perfectly clear, I wanted to put things in the command location.  Once I figured out what to do the first few puzzles were pretty trivial but the game definitely picks up.  It is a tough puzzle game.

Developer

Level 6 and 8 are definitely where some curve balls start getting thrown at the player. I was scared the puzzles are too tough!

Submitted

Yeah, as the developer I think it is better to heir on easier puzzles, especially for a game jam, where people want to see everything.  I had 6 puzzles and felt they were too easy.

One of the best. Very creative and fun to play :D

Congratulations on your entry for the gamejam!

Pure and utter brilliance :) !! It fits the theme of the jam wonderfully and got me thinking like crazy, as if I really was programming ;D ! The level design was awesome, little music cute ( + didn't distract me from those tricky puzzles) and the art was squishy and just plain nice ! Keep it up mate, this is a great piece (something you could definitely expand on)

Developer

Oh wow! Thank you so much for the encouragement. Perhaps I should consider a mobile app?

Very nice game! Good fit with the music, i personally got stuck at level 6, but it's pretty well made, i love how some of the levels, no matter your level of programming knowledge, will get you trying something at first, seeing it fail and then realise the actual way to do it, Great work!

Developer

XD I was quite happy with some of the level designs.
Yes, I believe level 6 is the first real tricky puzzle in the game. It gets more devious lol. I was surprised really at how a simple mechanic can produce really complex puzzles.

Thank you for your feedback!

A beautiful game, the graphics and the music gives a great experience. The game seems very good for mobile. Still I don't see how this game is linked with the theme, maybe if you changed the arrows with "ifs" I would see it more in the theme... But overall it was nice! Good job!

Developer

Thank you so much!

This is one of the best games I played today :D

Gosh! I'm blushing. Gonna get round to playing and rating games today myself.

Great game! I'm really liking it, and nice touch with the music, but... I didn't see a clear connection to the topic of the jam

Developer(+1)

Thank you. I agree. If I had to name a weakness, it would definitely be the connection between the theme and the game. My connection is actually inspirational. These kinda coding games really remind me of how I feel while I'm game developing. = set up some instructions, see if everything crashes when you press play, celebrate if they don't!

(1 edit)

This white squares, they are too cute to look like robots XD, but good puzzle.

Developer

Thanks!
