I like the art. The gameplay of managing food, hearts and money is really cool.
The only problem I'd have is I think there should be some indication of when they're gonna throw bombs in, because I kept losing lots of health trying to collect money on the side of the screen and then getting pelted with bombs.
But overall, really fun game. Well done!

I loved the aesthetic of the game. The concept is cool too!
The food/love activation was a bit confusing at first, also the bombs were a bit too hard to dodge (maybe make a blinking animation so we can see when the bomb is about to explode). But those are minor problems, the game was enjoyable anyway.

I love the idea! the fact that you need to balance between different things in life in order to live longer and making it a platformer is really creative I don't think I've seen it done in this way before :>
though I have to say that at first I was confused to how do I balance things ( I kept trying to get food witout any money >.<) but by the second try I figured it out ^^

I loved the sound design on this - just standing there hearing "mmmm" and "ahhh" was kinda fun in its own right, haha. Nice work overall! Would have loved if I could drop through floors by pressing down (but I made a platformer with the same problem, so I can't really judge, haha)

Very nice game loop, you end up kind of getting in the zone and not realizing how much time has passed. :)

Visuals are great, Music is great, gameplay is fun. Sound effects are funny. But I didn't see anything that it's less means something more. Overall, very good.
Thanks man, amazing feedback. I tried to base it on more of a life philosophy of less is more. I tried to balance the food and affection variables so if you have too much you would die super quick, hence the balance of life title. Thanks for playing and taking the time to provide feedback!

Interesting concept. A bit confusing at the beginning as I didn't know exactly how to keep the balance, but after a few rounds of play the player figured it out. For me this is the most innovative game so far and a very good interpretation of less is more.
