Great boss aesthetics, but I couldn’t figure out how to change polarity

Developer

Polarity changes when you are hit by a shot or enemy of a different polarity.

Thanks for the comment.

Couldn't figure out the controls for navigating the menu screen. Can I ask how to press enter?

Developer

To enter the game and select the boss you can use arrows or WASD to choose and space to confirm.

Very good art and character designs, definitely a highlight. Instadeath isn’t the greatest feeling with how long it takes to get back into a fight with a boss. The combat is fine, and the theme implementation is pretty neat. I like the theming going on, I went with a similar idea of fighting of sins/vices but only got through 2 of them lol. Good job

I love the art and design of the bosses. My favorites are the sloth/laziness and greed.

I agree with Was A Horse about the traditional health bar, even if it is two or three extra hits you can survive. The black and white colour of the projectiles was enough of a hint for me to try and eventually get the hang of the exchange mechanic, but I think some kind of tutorial would be helpful.

I tried all the bosses, and had the best time with anger. He was difficult, but I found the other bosses much harder, but if I trained the exchanging mechanic more, maybe I would have a better chance.

Thanks for the experience =]

The sprites for the bosses were really good!  I wish you had a more traditional health bar though instead of death with a single attack haha

you can take a hit from the opposite energy and "exchange". This is part of the mechanics for jamming. But I think a bar would be a good idea. Thank you for your comment.
