Game's Take on the Theme
The idea went through development but centralized on how one could weaponize the natural spin of a planet.

I'm absolutely thrilled with how well this game plays! I love the idea of throwing earth at specific points for damage—the dynamic action perfectly aligns with the need for focus! The intro scene is really cool, and the overall direction is great! I enjoyed it a lot—fantastic work!

I liked the gameplay process. Earth seems a little out of place with all this cartoony cel shading design. Scenario is top notch

Hi There!

I see there are still some games left on the "less rated projects" list.

I just found your game there and rated it. ;)

If you have time, please take a look at my project and rate it too.

I would really appreciate it!

Have a nice day / evening!

Ps.: I like celshading style games! I love that graphic style!

I see quite an artistic work in the game, you did really well its funny and cool overal I like the story you have here for us and even the fact we can break parts of boss is cool, I rate graphics and mechanics the most, also if you have time please come check my game, thanks!

Didn't manage to beat the game yet, need to go to sleep, but its honestly a hidden gem, the initial story and the silliness of fighting using a spinning planet Earth is a pretty funny concept, making good use of the spinning theme.

The models, the boss design its pretty smart and when I first noticed their body parts could break, I was shocked and surprised I really liked it.

I do think the game could be tweaked in a few aspects maybe its just me at the moment, but not recovering health when going to other bosses or not having another possible way of recovering health makes it a bit too difficult to go further if you aren't super careful (unless there is a way and I haven't found it, will keep playing later) But also this could just be the way you wanted it to be, which is fair as it makes us learn the patterns and trying our best to defeat each boss without flaw and taking too much time. (I might not be so good and having to reset back to the first boss each time is... punishing)

I can tell you poured a lot into this game with the initial comic and effort into each boss. Ps. The idea of a superior alien coming here and being like ayo this place is good, let me make my home on the moon. Just makes me smile.

Thank you so much for trying it out! I'm glad you like it!

The difficulty of the health and the reset back to the first boss were mostly unintended, you heal 30% health between bosses (not enough) and the reset was due to me running out of time and just forcing the scene to restart. Alas that's the Game jam way.

This game is super fun! You can kinda b hop with the spinning-earth-jump and that makes movement really fun! It feels like im playing a cosmic game of basketball with the earth and I love that.

The art and visuals of this game kinda remind me of those old games from the 2000s which gives it a nice aesthetic and the music fits realy well with that.

Thank you for the feedback! 🤩

Actually b-hopping is a setting you can control in the settings menu! Try it out as well! 👍
