boss`s health is overtuned and the shotgun(at least in the first phase) is a better pick in most aspects
its a well made game, and has good art!

The spin to reload was a really cool mechanic, and it made the robots looked like super cute :D I just wished the boss had a liittle bit less HP.

Thank you for the feedback, looking at others comments it definitely looks like the boss was a little overtuned. We will keep that in mind as we iterate on the idea :) thank you!

The gameplay is good, the graphics are average. I like the part where we spin the gun to reload, like we're using a shotgun like in the Terminator 2029 movie. I recommend that there should be some cover like boxes or bunkers that can block bullets, because the scene looks a bit plain. And I like the boss design, I want the player to be like that. As for the boss, it would be good if it was a bit bigger.

I like the idea of cover to make the level more interesting, we'll play with that idea in the future for sure.

As for boss vs player design, that's a very fair point. Our team is newer to making assets so we used a hybrid of our own and purchased assets, so the player was our creation while the first boss was a purchased asset. We'll definitely be honing our skills as we continue making games though :)

I find the game action quite fun, the bullet patterns are cool and can be avoided, also enemies are really tough but its cool, the tutorial helps a lot. I rate graphics and fun on top but all is cool, if you have time, please rate my game, thanks!!

I really liked how the visuals and sound meshed with each other. Might be cool to add some power-ups lying around to help deal more damage. You did a great job! Spinning to reload was pretty cool too and worked well.

Liked the intuitive tutorial, in that I saw my enemy spin to reload, and figured out I had to do the same. Also liked the spin to reload.

But the game has nothing interesting after that, and the boss has too much HP without being too engaging or challenging, whilst being hard to hit, so the motivation to continue the fight waned quickly. A fast-paced shooter with less health and more action in this style would be quite pleasant. 

I completely disagree... The boss also stands on a spinner and receives a buff, so the boss becomes more challenging as time progresses. Everything is explained below the game window: "Spin to reload and ...". Maybe if you made it past the first boss you would have a different opinion, but I guess it was too challenging for you

We definitely could have fined tuned the HP. Typically when playing it I would go for all Damage Buffs in order to burn through the health faster. Which should have been a warning sign. But thank you for playing!
